A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

This place has such incredible views. Its a fairly quiet area and private area, with a couple of beautiful callas nearby. It’s everything David listed and more!

We had a lovely time, and Johan & his family were very helpful & responsive. The villa is beautiful, no faults at all - a lovely week 🌴

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. For me, it was a very good stay in every way. The sea is in front and the house is very nice and it is a very typical Valencian environment, which those who know how to appreciate will love. It's a quiet area but everything is very close. And you can go at any time of the year. There are few places like that. I believe that it is an area with a series of privileges that are not found in other places.

A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pines and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to coming back.

Stunning villa. The views are incredible. We didnt feel the need to leave the villa much as it was just so peaceful and beautiful.

We had a perfect vacation in Oliva! Pilar was really supportive and nice whenever we needed anything for our family trip. The accommodation was perfect for our small children. It was clean, close to the beach and restaurants and super easy to reach. We had an epic view of the ocean and the sunrise. Pilar was really friendly and did not hesitate to help us whenever she could and made sure we had the greatest time in her suite. By providing additional equipment for our little ones, she enabled us to leave the bulky luggage at home. This really stands out in my opinion! With all these benefits, the apparent is absolutely suitable for longer stays. We have been there for a month and would definitely do it again! Thank you Pilar for this memorable time!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at one of Maria’s properties in Moraira and we weren’t disappointed! The villa itself was lovely, well equipped, comfy furnishings and plenty of sunshine around the pool area with a fabulous shade space too. There were a couple of niggles upon arrival which Maria promptly fixed (delivered a new coffee machine and fixed the doors!). Nothing was too much trouble for Maria and we were incredibly grateful at how responsive she was. The villa is well located, within walking distance of both the beach and the many restaurants in the town. We had a fabulous time and thank you to Maria for being such a fabulous host. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place where we immediately felt at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. Amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also got us snacks and drinks on arrival. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful accommodation to relax and yet close to all kinds of beautiful locations (sandy beach in Calpe, the authentic city of Althea, close to the bustling Benidorm). Jorge always responded within the hour and immediately thought along with us if we encountered a problem somewhere. It is interesting to note that silence was requested at the swimming pool between 2 pm and 5 pm in the afternoon. We solved this by going to the pebble beach at the hotel, or to the beach in Calpe just 10 minutes away. Had a great holiday with our two kids!

We had the most fantastic 4-night stay at Manol’s beautiful retreat. It truly felt like a hidden gem—peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to explore nearby towns and beaches. Manol was the perfect host, always ready with excellent recommendations—from scenic hikes to the stunning coves at Cala Moraig and Cala Llebeig, to incredible running trails around Xàbia, Moraira, and Les Bassetes. The facilities were top-notch, and we made the most of the outdoor space by BBQing amazing local meat and fish every evening. With a great walkable supermarket nearby and everything you need at your fingertips, this place is the ultimate couples’ reset and detox destination. We left feeling completely recharged—and we absolutely can’t wait to return!

We stayed at this accommodation the weekend before San Juan with family and it was a very pleasant experience. The house is very well equipped and is surrounded by tranquility. In addition, Tere is a spectacular host who does everything possible to make things easier for her guests and, the truth is, we liked it very much, because it more than met our expectations. I would definitely recommend it to other people interested!

Paula greeted us upon arrival, showed us around the place, and handed over the keys. Both Arnau and Paula were very responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The beach is just across the street. Thank you for being such great hosts — we will definitely recommend this place!

Picture's don't do it justice! just back from a glorious week in Jàvea. perfect for our family which was my partner, myself, eldest daughter (25) her boyfriend, youngest daughter 19 and son 18. The accommodation lay out was perfect with plenty of space, including a huge open plan kitchen (very well equipped) and dining room which was more than big enough to accommodate us all. great outdoor seating areas catching the sun most of the day. pool was great and plenty of loungers/seating. very quiet location and great view's. plenty of local bars/restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and we found plenty to do within a short drive. need to travel to find good beaches. Julie was great,very helpful and excellent communication. A water leak caused us to loose the water supply one evening but very promptly sorted and great communication regarding the issue. as stated in a previous review take extra towels for the pool as only 1 per person provied. 100% recommend

Spacious and beautiful house with stunning views. Luxury, equipped with slender comforts and the elevator upstairs is a great solution for those who have difficulty walking.

Sandra was a wonderful host, from start to finish. The apartment was better than described in a great location and all within walking distance to Calp area. The view from the apartment overlooking the sea and Ifach was superb! Very clean and would certainly use this apartment again if in the Calpe region again. Thanks Sandra!

The house is even better than the pictures. It is right on the beach, and comes equipped with everything you need to have a super comfortable stay. The deal with Paula, a 10. We'll be back for sure.

Everything was perfect, 10 out of 10. The apartment has everything you could need, incredible views, very comfortable beds, great wifi, we had everything nearby, shops, restaurants, etc. The hostess was very kind and attentive and Alejo, the person who received us, was a sweetheart and attentive to what we might need. We were very happy 😊

My stay in this accommodation was simply excellent. From the first moment, Edgar was very attentive, and responded quickly to all my questions. Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

Five stars! Saleem was a fantastic & kind host, and the beachfront residence was very private. The views of the Mediterranean were absolutely breathtaking, and we especially loved relaxing under the beautiful glass pergola. Finding sea glass along the shore was a fun bonus. Highly recommend!
