You feel at home, it is comfortable and despite being surrounded by a lot of atmosphere, once you go up to the apartment you are isolated from noise, the air conditioning is great for those hot days, the location is great, you have the port and the fish market a stone's throw away and the beaches, depending on which one you like, there are several, small or large, also very close. Finally, a very good price for the quality of the accommodation.

We had two great weeks in Cullera and apartment was fantastic. Super nice view, quiet, equipped with everything and morning sun. You absolutely need a car to get to the apartment and can park there. You drive down the mountain and are immediately at a very nice beach, and in five minutes you are at the Consum supermarket. It is fifteen minutes to the station in Cullera, where a train to Valencia leaves every half hour. Public transport is practically free, you can't compete with that. There is a very nice hiking trail of about 14 km behind the apartment over the mountain and this also passes the castle in Cullera. At the bottom of the mountain on the left and then 10 minutes walk are the restaurants Benavent and Mare e Monti, in Cullera center is Desi and further south by the river is Casa Salvador. Unbeatable. The house is literally on the beach. A very quiet, clean and pleasant area. I would definitely recommend it

We had a perfect vacation in Oliva! Pilar was really supportive and nice whenever we needed anything for our family trip. The accommodation was perfect for our small children. It was clean, close to the beach and restaurants and super easy to reach. We had an epic view of the ocean and the sunrise. Pilar was really friendly and did not hesitate to help us whenever she could and made sure we had the greatest time in her suite. By providing additional equipment for our little ones, she enabled us to leave the bulky luggage at home. This really stands out in my opinion! With all these benefits, the apparent is absolutely suitable for longer stays. We have been there for a month and would definitely do it again! Thank you Pilar for this memorable time!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Patricia was always easy to reach and helped us with inquiries. The place is very close to the beach and the place is great for relaxing. We'd love to come back! Everything is great :)

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

Apartment Baupres luxury is a fantastic option to visit Calpe. Its view is a real luxury. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The situation on the promenade is excellent. Our hostess took luxury on our arrival, and communication with her was fabulous. Thank you so much for everything...!!!

Beautiful accommodation to relax and yet close to all kinds of beautiful locations (sandy beach in Calpe, the authentic city of Althea, close to the bustling Benidorm). Jorge always responded within the hour and immediately thought along with us if we encountered a problem somewhere. It is interesting to note that silence was requested at the swimming pool between 2 pm and 5 pm in the afternoon. We solved this by going to the pebble beach at the hotel, or to the beach in Calpe just 10 minutes away. Had a great holiday with our two kids!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to everything you could possibly need: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and more. The apartment itself was spotless, very well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, assisting us with anything we needed throughout our stay. We truly felt welcome and comfortable. We will definitely come back every time we get the chance!

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

We were there for my nephews wedding. Wifried's condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos. He meet us at checkin and at check out. Absolutely beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful apartment very close to the beach. There are amazing views of the sea from the living area, terrace and main bedroom. Angelo was punctual and helpful at check-in and everywhere was super clean. Excellent communication with the hosts and some minor issues were dealt with promptly. We had a car and drove into central Altea every day, but I'm guessing it's about a 25 minute walk. There is a very good supermarket close by and a few restaurants. We will be back!

This place was beyond my expectation. Laura has to be the best host I've come across. She was super responsive and went over and beyond to help us with restaurant/ sight seeing recommendations. The place is in a great location and very clean. I traveled with my parents and we felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and kitchen supplies. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. I'd absolutely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay! Really a nice, beautifully refurbished apartment in a top location. We were kindly received and there was a welcome package with food, drinks and basic amenities ready for us. The apartment was sparkling clean. Definitely recommended if you want to stay in the center of Platja de l'Arenal! 👌🏼

We stayed at this accommodation the weekend before San Juan with family and it was a very pleasant experience. The house is very well equipped and is surrounded by tranquility. In addition, Tere is a spectacular host who does everything possible to make things easier for her guests and, the truth is, we liked it very much, because it more than met our expectations. I would definitely recommend it to other people interested!

Very nice terrace apartment where we spent the whole month of May. The accommodation is impeccable, modern, very well located and well equipped. It is at the foot of the beautiful San Antonio de Cullera beach and the view from the terrace is superb. Eduardo was very responsive and responded positively to our personal requirements (filter coffee maker and kettle). The bathroom is small but functional and the accommodation as a whole is perfect for 2 people. Good value for money, although a little expensive compared to local agencies because despite the very nice renovation, the apartment remains noisy (building from the 60s-70s). We have been loyal to Cullera for 25 years and this is the first time in such a beautiful apartment 🤩

Maria was incredibly helpful, she answered almoust immediatly on my questions, very flexibil. We had an accident with broken glass of the door to balkony, she solved the problem during few hours, I had to do nothing with it. I was so grateful for it! The location of the apartment is ideal, in first line of the beach, not far from supermarket,bike rental, restaurants..I really appreciated possibility to use chairs and parasol to the beach. The apartment had everything what a family could need for an perfect stay by the beach and see. Thank you, Maria!

Great place to stay! The apartment was very clean and well-equipped – both the kitchen and bathroom had everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big plus was the location – close to shops, the beach, and the city center, so everything was within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The windows offered a beautiful sea view, which we really enjoyed. An additional advantage was the private underground parking located just a 5-minute walk away. The only downside was that the bedrooms face the street – at night you could hear some traffic noise, which might be a slight inconvenience for light sleepers. Other than that, the apartment met all our expectations and we would gladly stay there again. Best regards!
