Highly recommend this property. Situated in the heart of the Old town, everything you need is within walking distance, or just outside the property. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Our second stay here. First in 2018. Great location on the beach and close walking to all you need in food and restaurants. Also close to train station so transport from Nice airport is easy enough. Can be a bit loud from beach on weekends but didn’t bother us. Apartment is very nice with great wrap around balcony. Always a nice cooling breeze off the Med. thumbs up from us.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Pascal is the best and kindest host, he went out of his way to accommodate us and was a big help with luggage storage as we had a late flight home. The airbnb is in the prime location right in the heart of the old town on a very pretty street with colourful lanterns and lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearby. I thought this would mean it might be noisy at night but it wasn’t a problem at all. The apartment is all very new, super clean and the most comfortable bed too even though it is a sofa bed! Cosy but with everything you could possibly need. 5*!

The house was exactly what we were looking for—comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Angela mentioned she appreciates Japanese guests, who are known for being clean and respectful. I even suggested she visit Japan, and she happily told me it’s already her next holiday destination! Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The Loft is very well located, close to restaurants, bakery and supermarket. No need to take the car, Royal! In addition, Bravo because it's fully equipped, it's been a long time since we had an apartment with so much equipment available! Kevin is great, nice welcome, full of explanations and recommendations... very flexible and very responsive, we feel that he wants these guests to be well taken care of and it's great! We'll remember the address and we'll be happy to come back!

Staying at Hélène’s apartment was a dream. Nestled on the third floor in the heart of the old town, the space immediately felt like a home away from home—warm, cozy, and full of character. Hélène is a wonderful host—so welcoming, generous with local tips, and always quick to respond. She greeted me with a big smile and shared a curated list of local spots to eat, explore, and enjoy. That personal touch made all the difference. The location couldn’t be better: steps away from fresh croissants, restaurants, markets, the beach, and historic streets. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. I honestly didn’t want to leave—and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to truly feel Antibes, not just visit it.

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

Svetlana and her place were amazing! You could listen to the water from the balcony and the beach was 100 yds away. The place is very secure and close enough to walk to everything, but you do not have to stay in the hustle and bustle of being in old town. 15 minute walk back along the water after dinner each night. Amazing stay. We will stay again when we return!

I couldn’t recommend Le Cabanon d’Isidore more highly. Wonderful, helpful host; a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed and comfortable cabin; stunning views right from bed and from the yard outside; and a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and public transit that opened up access to the entire surrounding region.

We had a great vacation in the accommodation provided by Sandrine. The residence was very nice, quiet but close to everything! The beach was right across the street, the shops are right next door too and the old Antibes is a 10 min walk, perfect! We had a one year old baby and the apartment was very accessible (wide entrance, elevator, garage, quiet room), Sandrine also prepared the bed for our baby before our arrival. The apartment was spacious with a great view! We could enjoy this view by eating on the first (large) terrace. There was also a second very large terrace on the bedroom side overlooking the residence's swimming pool. Thanks to Sandrine for her availability and responsiveness.

FABIEN’s place is perfect. He, Danni, Sara, and indeed even his Dad!, were all lovely.

Very good welcome. The apartment is ideally located, 5 minutes from the city center and the beach. It is also functional with a top decoration. We're doing it very well. And the best part, the terrace overlooking the sea and its boats. Thank you also for all the little touches that awaited us and that saved us from running to fill up! We'll be there again.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

I’ve spent over 20 years searching for the best view in Antibes, and I HAVE FOUND IT! This apartment has a view balcony that is almost impossible to leave. Pictures don’t do it justice. The apartment itself is cute and cozy—has everything you need for a seaside holiday. Bed was very comfortable, and bathroom was new and clean. Karin was welcoming and responsive, and was able to accommodate our early arrival bag drop-off. Everything was even better than expected, and we will definitely return!

The outdoors is a real plus, perfect for enjoying good weather. The beach a few steps away is a real asset. Chantal's welcome was warm. The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

Joyce‘s place is near the sea and with walking distance to enjoy the ocean. The room itself is well designed, so even it is not a huge studio you will find everything you need. Landlord is very responsive.

As a family that travels the world, this rental location is one of the few that we want to return to many times over again. Rebecca was extremely kind and helpful at every request and the flat was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits.
