Amazing view of the sea. well located accommodation, beach, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Access to the city center in 7 min by car.

Very good place and a super nice host

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

We would not hesitate to recommend this unique place. We stayed a week and enjoyed the local Marina, St Raphael, Agay, Frejus, and St Tropez (by boat from Saint Maxime, thanks Marie Paule for the great advice!). The weather was HOT every day so the aircon and the little pool in the garden was great. All in all a perfect and very happy stay. Thank you Marie Paule and Jean Claude, you are wonderful hosts. We stayed in St Raphael and it was a great location. The terrace view is breathtaking and we have had lovely leisurely time there. This is great coast to explore and many beaches with various styles to please your needs of the day. We have had a great time!

Once again a wonderful stay hosted by Pierre and Dom having stayed previously at another of their properties. A small miscommunication was encountered upon arrival but the speed in rectifying this was exemplary. Everything in the house was as described and peace and tranquility of the location was outstanding and it was a beautiful place to unwind. I look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Thank you for your hospitality and offering a sumptuous slice of escape in this ever maddening world.

Marie-Laure was very responsive & helpful from point of enquiry. The pictures and description of Villa are accurate. The Villa is finished to a very high standard, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay are provided. Mattresses & bedding are of a high quality. Spotlessly clean. Barbara provided a great welcome. Pool was lovely and lots of loungers and very comfortable chairs positioned so you can choose between sun and shade. Beach very close, with delicious crepes and beach bars within a few minutes walk. SPA shop and bakery within walking distance. All in all we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. The villa was perfect - it was beautiful (exactly like the photos), well equip with everything we needed, great location (we loved Saint maxime but also equally easy to get an uber to St Tropez). Herve and Nathalie were very responsive and flexible with check in times. Couldn’t recommend more!

High ceilings, private backyard, nice pool, and great kitchen area. 5 min walk to Juan Les Pins village. Great for families. Air con is in the bedrooms and you can leave doors open to allow for full house to be cooled. There are 4 showers and 2 toilets. Loved our stay here. The garden is beautiful.

Unforgettable stay at Bruno’s beautiful property. It was perfect for my sister and I. The property grounds are incredibly well done and maintained. While it’s in Bruno’s primary residence the Airbnb space is so private and secluded. We felt like we were in our own private oasis. Bruno and his wife were so lovely and gave great recommendations. It’s an easy walk to one of the best beach clubs and restaurants in Saint Tropez. We cannot wait to return 🤍

We had a great holiday in the house. It is very cozy and clean. We didn't miss anything. The location was also very good. You can walk to the beach and Port Grimaud without any problems. The pool and the outdoor area are also very nice. However, it is less suitable for small children, as the artificial turf becomes very hot. The contact with Rodolphe and his team went smoothly. They were very friendly and helpful. We can recommend the house and would like to go on vacation there again at any time.

we found the place felt like it was right out of a movie set from somewhere exotic. beautiful pool and surroundings. was perfect for 4 kids and 2 adults and the beach was also within walking range. thank you Carolane and Jerome for the best experience of the South of France.

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

This villa is superb, very well equipped, easy to access and to park. Most importantly, it has magnificent views. Francesca and Matthieu are very welcoming hosts, caring and quick to respond to any questions, or help you right away if you're missing a few things… The villa is ideal because you are in your quiet corner while being very close to all amenities and of course the beach, the center, the port etc… A little gem ☀️💕

We had a magical time here! The home is beautiful with spectacular views, quirky charm, a spacious terrace with an ocean breeze and shady spots to relax. We took advantage of the water toys and access to the sea with my adventurous 5-year-old. Who had the best time. The hosts were kind and welcoming and accommodated us with essentials for our baby. We had everything we needed. This was such a special trip and memory for us. We would love to come back. Merci! 🙏

It’s rare that somewhere that looks amazing lives up to the hype! Maison Regina does! Big time! From being met at our cab there ( you’ll be walking in if it’s after 1pm as pedestrianised) by the managing agent Alice, and given the lowdown on how everything worked, to the utter fabulousness of our home for the next 2 weeks. The house was larger than we expected, those town houses look teeny from outside, to the appointments-strong hot showers, tv that’s a moving picture gallery, nespresso machine so good I’ve just bought the same model for my home, to the aircon that I’m not normally a fan of but a bonus in hot weather. The roof terrace is the star! We had meals there looking out to sea at the moored superyachts and sailing regattas from morn to dusk, counted the EasyJet planes coming in every few minutes ( not a disruptive noise) and gave names to the friendly local seagulls. Magic! And 200 restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

We loved our stay at the house. The view on the Mediterranean is stunning. The house has everything you need and more. It is comfortable and for a 2 bedroom house it is very spacious. Would recommend the accommodation to anyone.

Large apartment, plenty of space for clothes. Geoffroy has a soft spot for gadgets, so there is no shortage of accessories in the kitchen or in the apartment. Thank you also for the many consumables. From spices to drinks, food, coffee, tea, cleaning products to toilet paper, everything was there. Unfortunately, the washing machine only worked to a limited extent (the display was only in the dark and also difficult to read, which was a challenge for us with a foreign language). There were good devices and mosquito repellent for the mosquitoes (but not in bedroom 1). Despite these minimal restrictions, we felt very comfortable. Boulouris is well connected to public transport. Shopping facilities are also within walking distance. Geoffroy is helpful, quick to reach and uncomplicated.

Perfectly located accommodation, very well furnished and decorated with care. Lots of kindness and flexibility at the reception, everything was perfect. Thank you again for this stay, short but so relaxing... we will be happy to come back for a longer period!
