Love this spot! Just what you need to stay near the beautiful lake and also easy access to ski!

Loved staying here! So much so I have been twice now. Beautiful views of the lake and a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Loved staying here and highly recommend!

William's place was a pleasure to stay in for my family. The location was superb, having our own private beach and pool to use in the hot weather. The unit itself was a bit dated, but had all the amenities we needed. William was easy to communicate with and responsive.

Amazing complex with a private dock, fire pit, pool and hot tub, private little beach. All was amazing, easy to walk to restaurants and overall great stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and great communication.

everything was awesome grocery store within walking distance. the beach was awesome. the BBQ grills where top quality and very clean every day! the pool and jacuzzi set very nicely! I highly recommend!

Best location to at the lake. The place was very spacious. When renting the middle unit…believe David when he tells you there is only one parking space, and know it will take some practice to get used to the driveway. It’s worth waking up to the view of the lake. David was very responsive. I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Very nice stay. This is the perfect place to dicover Coloma, the history about the gold rush and white water rafting on the American river. AC was very welcomed as it can get very hot. We could also see deers on the property.

David has a good spot, would highly recommend if you want a nice step out walk to Lake Folsom. Has everything you need, and is very comfortable even with the heat during the summer.

Eva’s home is a peaceful, beautiful retreat, with the sound of wind in the trees, birds, and a running creek. The many windows and deck magnify the natural beauty and privacy of the location. The house is well laid out, spacious and airy, with a marvelous gourmet kitchen and welcoming master suite. ADA accessibility and central heating/AC make it comfortable for everyone. Furnishings are uncluttered and relaxed. It is a delightful place to stay at home and enjoy!

Such a gem! We loved the property, it is so beautiful, peaceful and well maintained. The location was perfect, plenty of wineries, shops and restaurants within a couple of miles.

Wow Wow Wow!!! The view and grounds are amazing! The beds are all very comfortable and the linens are super soft. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware which made dinners easy. Plenty of seating and tables for all 8 of us. Bathrooms are updated with all of the amenities. The outdoor area was our favorite. They have many outdoor option’s when it comes to seating. Couches, lounges, chairs, beautiful large grass area, not to mention the kayaks, paddle boards and tubes. Steve and Sachie’s place is conveniently located to many of the surrounding cities. Our favorite restaurant was a very short drive and so delicious. Twelve 28 Kitchen will not disappoint. I have to end this review with Wow the view is amazing from this home. Beautiful stay at Julia’s home! We were looking for a quiet place to get away and this spot was perfect. Stocked kitchen, clean and cozy space, gorgeous views and nature sounds. Projector was fun for movies at night!

My friends and I traveled from SF for a ski weekend and came across this property. The house is very spacious, clean, views from literally every window, and the fireplaces made it extra cozy. We hope to come back again in the spring/summer to explore more in the area. Thanks again to the hosts for making our stay easy!

Nolan’s place is the perfect location for our Event Team retreat. This is the third year in a row at the property and keeps getting better. Great communication with Nolan. Plenty of room to sleep 10. The deck, kitchen, dining and living room areas are nice and roomy. The backyard is super nice and the Upper Truckee River runs through the back of the property. A table and chairs are at the river edge. There is an easy sand entry into the river and rocks and logs to sit on. Very relaxing and South Shore very close by. We are looking forward to next year.

Gosh where do I start? This was by far my favorite place we have stayed so far. The home was beautiful, cozy, and the accommodations were perfect. We barely left the home (just for food and groceries) and spent almost all of our time outdoors by the river making memories with our littles. Our dog got to hang out with us as well. We loved the fact that the deck can be gated and closed and this relieved a lot of stress as far as having to constantly watch our dog. The atmosphere is relaxing, the home is clean, and has everything you need. Outside, there are multiple sitting areas and direct access to the water. During hot peak hours, we took dips in the river with the kids and during cooler temps in the evenings, we relaxed in the hot tub. We are planning on making this a yearly tradition. The host was very kind and responsive and just friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Great location on the water and an excellent view of the lake. It was perfect for a smaller family trip. The community it’s in is very clean & other neighbors were super friendly. There’s a shared dock with little benches perfect for a morning coffee. The north side of the lake enhanced the “small town feeling” with fun lake side stores, little beaches & smaller (more Local) bars & restaurants. It was close to grocers which made planning meals on the fly super convenient. Overall such a nice location and would definitely consider staying there again.

Great place for skiing at Palisades

Loved the area - it’s right off of Lake Tahoe and during the wintertime, the lake was amazing during sunset. Location is decently close to a couple of big resorts and the overall space was pretty roomy. Place is two floors and could probably fit two couples.

This was a wonderful location. Condo has great access to the lake and beautiful views.

This place is great if you want a spot in the middle of the king’s beach “downtown”. Everything was walkable which was great since parking is tough in this area. Beds were comfortable and there was a dedicated parking spot.

We loved staying at this cozy condo. The place is exactly as described with more detailed instructions in a guest book on site. Wifey loved the amount of towels and attention to detail of the entire space. Coming from working in 5 star luxury previously, this is a high compliment from her! We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.
