This 270 sq. ft. studio features a queen bed, air conditioning, gas fireplace, kitchenette, dining nook, private semi enclosed garden, covered carport, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The shared saltwater pool is so refreshing in the summer! Nevada City and Grass Valley are great for shopping and dining, and Tahoe National Forest is practically in our backyard!

We have 4 baby goats born on 6/24/25 that you are welcome to play with and cuddle! They are so entertaining! This is a horse ranch in the foothills of El Dorado county, with a loft studio above the barn. It is comfortably furnished and has a true country feel!
