Private suite holiday rentals in Placer County

I knew the house would be rustic, so I brought my camping gear. I did not need them. The kitchen was well equipt. I could cook anything I needed to make on the hot plate or in the microwave/toaster. There was also a smoker and like 5 BBQs. Do not be worried about cooking. The location is awesome. It is so close to so many things.. or you can just hang out on the property. We spent a day on the property and a day exploring. We spent every night in the hot tub. It was glorious. The bed is very comfortable!

Clean, comfortable space for two in a great location. Merick’s communication was thorough and check in was a breeze. My husband and I both highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The space is small but we had everything we needed for 2 people and our fury babies. The shower was super spacious! And the highlight was the hut tub (which is really big). We loved it here and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful hosts and beautiful private property

Randy’s space was perfect for my husband and me as we visited with my aunt for her 80th birthday. It was close to her, and all the amenities we needed yet quiet and private. The outside space was lovely for sitting and having a glass of wine in the evening. It was also an easy walk to downtown for restaurants.

For a last minute booking to get away, Micheals posting was perfect especially for a holiday weekend. Close to many restaurants and the lake. Spacious and clean. Grandpa loved the cabin feel. Would highly recommend. Thank you for having us.

The space was beautiful and very clean and Jeanne was very responsive. There’s also a nice walking path nearby if you have dogs. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Place was adorable, my husband was on a bike ride to Grass Valley and she was so flexible on check in so he could shower. The was a nice bottle of Cab for us with a bike rider on the label, cute detail! The next morning she delivered a delicious breakfast. We would stay again. If you have any mobility issues, it is a bit of a climb to get to the room. Not an issue for us, but could be for someone else. Thank you Kelsey!

Please place was very tranquil. Very nice to get away from everything. The host were amazing helped out whenever. They could also even ask if I needed anything. I definitely recommend this place. And I will be back beautiful nature very private Greate place to kick your feet up. Get away unwind and relax in nature recommended

Jeannot’s place deserves 10 out of 5 stars! Because everything was extra clean, nice, ready for us. There was an abundance of towels and other linens, even considering our big party of 8 (maximum allowed when we reserved). We knew our teenagers would probably prefer “to sleep over” in the living room, and the place had more than enough beds to cover. The waterfalls running at the pool by the time everyone was up, and the hot tub was also ready. The stonework folly around the pool, the outside shower and bathroom with open view to the oak trees, the peaceful platform with the view to the valley… Everything was lovely. We hope to come back soon.

Thanks so much for a great stay in beautiful Nevada City! Sam was responsive and helpful with sending clear instructions. The room was spacious and had a private guest entrance. Easily walkable to the cute downtown. Room is as described. A wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was clean, open, and perfectly located for our event. Having grown up in this town, it was such a treat to stay right in the heart of it. Erica was always quick to respond when I reached out, and everything was exactly as described in the listing. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future visits, and I’ve already recommended it to local friends for when they have friends or family visiting. If you stay here, be sure to stop by Newcastle Pizzeria—absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the rosemary, garlic, and parmesan wings.

This is a nice cozy and comfortable place. The shower pressure was good, the bed was very comfortable. For not having a full kitchen, Alex sure had enough amenities and accessories to stock a full kitchen. He even had decaf coffee available! And there is ample space to store your clothes. This place is in a perfect location at the end of a cul-de-sac and off a main street. This main street is not a busy street and therefore you don't experience any road noise. The ethernet only connection is not a problem as the host provides the connection cable and adapter. It worked perfectly for me. It's a very nice place and there were no issues. I would definitely recommend.

Sandeep and Pooja’s place was so easy to find. He had clear instructions on how to get inside of the home and was quick to respond, I will most definitely consider staying there once I’m back in town!! Loved it!!

First of all, the bed is unbelievably comfortable! The space is beautiful, clean, and roomy. I had everything I needed and the hosts were so helpful with all my questions. I was a little worried about not being able to control the air conditioner but they keep it at a very comfortable temperature of 75 which was perfect. The neighborhood was beautiful, and quiet. Had a great stay here

Karyn’s place was a slice of heaven with a patio overlooking a beautifully manicured hillside. We even had a deer walk by while we were looking out of the patio door. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the interior decor as well. The washer and dryer was a plus, as we were there after other travel. Extremely quiet and very clean! The kitchen was very well stocked with pretty much anything you would need. Karyn was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be coming back here next time we are in Auburn!

My best friend and I really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The country scenery was absolutely stunning. Very quiet, very clean and was exactly what we needed for our stay! Thank you again! I would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay. We were coming into town to visit for my niece‘s graduation and we did not need a whole house. Just a place for me and my boyfriend and seven month old son to stay for a few nights. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. The place was clean and Mekha was very nice and responsive to every message and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. There were even some snacks and drinks in the fridge. It’s in a nice quiet, peaceful safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and things nearby. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again as well.

Marks place was exactly as posted. He has a beautiful place that was very comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything needed. The instructions to get there were perfect and the neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous with friendly waves from neighbors. We asked for early checkin and was no problem. We hope to be back!
