Such a beautiful home. The owners are super responsive and nice. It was very peaceful. My boyfriend and I just had a house fire and it was the perfect place to take our minds off of everything.

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

Liz as a host was very helpful! I had a last minute lodging cancellation that led me to need to book her unit the same day at very short notice. For a fee, Liz was able to get me in which made my day so much easier! She was very responsive and friendly. The unit itself was very nice; nestled within a home that seemingly had 2 other units. Although smoking was prohibited; there was a lingering aroma of an herby substance, which for me, was not necessarily a problem. Later in the evening noise did pick up, but, I checked out at around 3 AM so it didn’t have the chance to bother me too much. The listing was very spot on, cozy and home like. Would recommend!

Staying in an apartment in Tahoe offers a unique blend of comfort and convenience, especially if you're looking to immerse yourself in the area's natural beauty. My recent experience highlighted some great aspects. The fully-equipped kitchen allowed for easy meal prep, which was perfect for when we wanted to enjoy a quiet evening after a day of hiking.

I had a great long weekend at Ryan's place while skiing at Palisades & Alpine. Self check-in & check-out was very easy with clear instructions. The corner unit is quiet and private but still walkable distance from the Olympic village and the ski lifts. The place was well kept and felt more like staying at a hip friend's apartment than the typical rustic cabin Tahoe feel. I felt right at home. The kitchen and appliances seemed brand new and the large living room area was very comfortable complete with a TV and record player. I also liked having access to a ski locker on the ground level. I would highly recommend this place for a solo or couple Tahoe get away and plan to be back some time soon!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a mountain biking getaway and absolutely loved it! The home was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and welcoming. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful outdoor lighting at night, which created a magical atmosphere among the trees. The location couldn’t be more convenient, and check-in was quick and seamless. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

The place was charming, clean and spacious in a quiet neighborhood, near the historical district. We had an easy, great overnight stay.

Fantastic home/cabin in Pollock Pines near Sly Park. Nicole first and foremost was a fantastic host, very proactive, which is wonderful. If I had a question she was always super quick to respond, which makes it easy and no waiting around which I greatly appreciate. The home was immaculate, cozy and had all of the amenities. We loved how it was laid out with a queen bedroom, king bedroom, and another queen bunk with Trundle so quite spacious for three bedroom. Each bedroom had a very large walk-in closet also lovely along with the spa tub in the master along with the shower. The balcony is lovely as well with a hanging lounge and nice eating area as well as barbecue. beds, very comfy and cozy and all linens provided. About a mile from Jenkins Lake, great for paddle boarding hiking. We hiked the waterfall trail, which was gorgeous lake itself was a beautiful greenish blue and we definitely planning a trip back. Would recommend this house to families, girls trip! Hour from Sacto!

Very nice property, matched our needs perfectly. Clean, tidy, warm and charming. Equipped with everything you could want. Secure, safe. Our 2 little dachsies loved the back yard. They felty welcome. Excellent and clear communications made everything easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended by my wife and I, both seasoned travelers. We'll be back! Thank you very much Jennifer.

We had a wonderful stay here! Comfortable, clean and quiet home very close to town. And we appreciated the basket of snacks! I found the double bed comfortable and slept really well, but it was extremely soft so may not work for those who need firmer beds.

This home is wonderful! They really thought of everything you might need and had it there waiting for you. From coffee & creamer to shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All the beds were so comfortable and it felt like home. We will definitely be returning back to this home in the future.

What a lovely home and property! As we pulled up to the house one of the first things you see is the beautiful pool. Quite a beautiful first impression! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as represented. Very well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay at Adrienne's home in the future!

What a beautiful property! My husband, best friend, and I stayed here for 4 nights for our friend’s wedding at the Sierra Banquet Center (which was only a 6 minute drive away). I greatly appreciated Jennifer’s clear check-in/check-out instructions and how friendly and welcoming her and Matt are! They were so thoughtful in leaving a card and a bottle of wine for us. The house was spacious, quiet, CLEAN, and so comfortable! I’ll definitely be booking again for our next Apple Hill visit!

Great little spot perfect for a long weekend getaway. Very centrally located, 5 minute drive to downtown Tahoe City or food spots south along the west shore, and 25 min from Truckee. Situated as part of larger complex with neighboring units and amenities such as gym and pool. Helpful proactive instructions from the hosts, overall a great experience as advertised

Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

There's no closer ski-in / ski-out condo in the village than the ones in Catamount! What makes this one special, though, is that it's so quiet with the balcony facing the mountains, and the massage chair is a real luxury! Excellent stay overall, will definitely return!

Super close to kings beach and there’s a really nice town with a bunch of restaurants! The host was great at communicating! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Jared’s condo in Northstar was a great place to stay for our long weekend trip to the truckee area. The condo has two comfortable bedrooms downstairs and a nice large common space upstairs. The resort area is lovely and location is wonderful with just a short drive to both truckee or kings beach.

Amazing stay. Location is very convenient to the slops and all the other amenities the village has to offer. The unit is complete and has enormous amounts of wall hooks to conveniently hang coats and other ski equipments. Would definitely come back. And by the way, host was excellent. Definitely recommended ❤️

5 stars! Easy directions for room key pick up. Very convenient underground parking in building. There were snacks to welcome us, and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. They even had phone chargers in every room. The place was very clean and directly in the village next to a lovely wine bar. Would absolutely stay here again. Easy access to the lifts (approx 5 min) and all the restaurants and bars are stars away.
