Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Pješčana Uvala

We were very satisfied with our apartment at Sandi's and his family's. Everyone was so warm to our little son (1 year) He was even allowed to ride the tricycle with his daughter every day and was always happy when he saw the family. It was a very warm and family-like stay. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for everything!

Igor was very helpful on arrival and at departure. The beds were very comfortable. The stand out features of the flat are windows on almost all sides, and a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. It does overlook a road and a car park, so sometimes it's a bit noisy, but that's absolutely worth it for the amazing views of the boats and the sea. We saw cruise ships, dolphins, and gorgeous sunsets and did lots of people watching from the balcony. We loved it!

Iva was so helpful for flexible check-in and check out. The place had everything we needed and was very nice. Definitely recommend!

Gorgeous location on the edge of a pine forest next to the sea. Loads of walks locally. We also hired bikes to cycle into the national park… with plenty of stops 4 hrs was plenty of time to do this. We stayed at Easter and Premantura was very quiet still - all the beach cafes were still closed. This was fine for us but I expect it would be much busier in the Summer. The apartment is great, the patio is wonderful and plenty of space for kids to run around outside. Would definitely recommend.

We loved Simons Place! Perfect Location - just couple minutes walk from the center of Pula; place exactly as shown in picture, really clean & absolutely well equipped. If you want to go on vacation in Medulin/Pula, the accommodation is perfect in terms of location. You can reach many places on foot or with a short drive. The accommodation was quiet despite the great location. It could possibly be difficult if neighbors in the same house are louder at night, as you can hear this through the walls. Unfortunately, this was the case during our stay (which is then more difficult to influence). Otherwise, the accommodation met all the factors, it was very, very clean and beautifully furnished. Wolfgang has compiled all the important information in a paper, which made the check-in etc. much easier. Communication with the hosts was always quick and friendly!

Dunja's flat was an amazing place to call home base for several days exploring Pula. Location-wise, A two minute walk from the temple of Augustus and a five minutes walk from the old city Market, the flat was secluded in a nice, quiet area but right off the pier and next to the center of the city. Dunja was extremely responsive and proactive with communication, and self check-in with a lockbox was a breeze. There is a full usable kitchen and a pristine bathroom, along with a great living room and spacious bed. Absolutely amazing stay, thank you!

This was such a beautiful stay. The terrace is lovely- I only wish we had more time, and less rain to enjoy it more. We loved the area, even early in the season.Dajana gave us a wonderful recommendation for an amazing dinner. She met us as we pulled in and showed us around. We shared the property with her family but hardly saw them. All were very pleasant. The beds are extremely comfortable! We had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the water and wine that was left for us. I can highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting the area.

What an amazing, relaxing place to stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a perfect host and flexible to fit in with our flight arrival time. What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

What an amazing stay. The outside area of the place is perfect with a pool, bbq, shaded outside lounge and a huge table for eating. This is ideal as the weather is so great you only need to go inside to sleep! The master bedroom is spotless and all rooms are air conditioned. The location is perfect with easy access to Pula and the motorway to Rovinj, so lots to do. To cap it all the local pizza restaurant is excellent if you do not want to drive anywhere. Snjezana is a very responsive host and dealt with our questions promptly.

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt immediately comfortable. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! We have traveled widely and seen the cities and the sites but we want to meet and get to know the real people and learn about their culture. Our 3 week stay in Floricici gave us this experience as we were welcomed by her entire family. Perfect location to explore Istria. We left with our hearts full!

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

The apartment is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s just a few minutes from the city center. Ivan is a great host and responds to messages immediately. 10/10 – highly recommended!
