Villa holiday rentals in Pješčana Uvala

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was clean, well-equipped and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The outdoor area with the pool and garden is lovely, and the quiet surroundings were just what we needed. One small thing to note: one of the bedrooms is a walk-through room, which might not be ideal for every group setup. But for us, it worked out just fine. We can definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

What a perfect place to stay while enjoying the area. The house has beautiful custom craftsmanship, it’s like staying in a piece of artwork. It’s not far from all the main sights but a really peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring. Nikolina went out of her way to answer our many questions and gave us tons of great recommendations. We can’t recommend it enough!

This accommodation has everything you need, the hosts are very courteous and also respond to requests. For example, the pool temperature and the time when the pool is illuminated. The value for money is really GREAT!! Cleanliness and quality of furniture, household items, etc. are also simply amazing! We can definitely recommend it.

Our stay was one of the best Villa holidays we’ve ever had. The airport in Pula was incredibly easy as was picking up our hire car and then a short 40 minute drive to the Villa. Ivan had allowed early check in which helped as we had travelled overnight. He met us there and explained everything we needed to know, and was then easily contactable throughout our stay. The villa is incredible. The rooms are spacious and are decorated beautifully. Ivan provided cleaning products and toilet rolls which was really helpful. The pool ares was stunning and had plenty of sun loungers and seating to sit inside or outside to eat. His Mother also bought over some delicious home cooked desserts, which was very gratefully received surprise. The villa is in a peaceful location but is brilliantly situated to visit so many wonderful places, including Pula, island boat trips (one with tame peacocks) and lots of beautiful coastal towns. I can not recommend Ivan and his beautiful villas enough!

We had a wonderful holiday at Dubravka's place. We were warmly welcomed and everything was explained exactly. The house is in a great location for excursions to Pula and surroundings. But it can also be endured wonderfully by the pool. A very clean and well maintained home.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

What a little paradise in Istria 😍 A great house with everything you need. We have 3 teenagers and a dwarf poodle. The house offers enough space and is not at all noisy. It is very stylish and was also very clean upon our arrival. The large garden is fantastic. At any time of the day you will find enough shade from trees or the walls of the house. The pool is an ideal size and there was also enough room for all of us. It also has a great and above all very comfortable lounge. The 15-minute drive to Rovinj didn't bother us at all. So we could explore a different beautiful beach every day and were happy to return to the quiet Kurilli. It was a perfect first vacation in Croatia for us and certainly not the last. We can only warmly recommend this place!

Amazing villa with a private pool, sauna and a whirlpool. Modern and very well equipped, looks exactly like on pictures, even though one might think it's just visualizations. Iva was very easy to communicate with and always responsive. We definitely recommend this place.

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

My family (my wife and 3 adult offspring) had the most amazing time at Villa Sonja. The villa was so comfortable and welcoming. Truly a home from home experience. So many amenities we wanted for nothing. Ivan was so helpful. We had a thorough tour of the gated property. There was an Istrian platter of meats and cheese plus basic essentials upon arrival (including beer!). Ivan also surprised us with a birthday cake for my children’s birthdays that fell on the Mon and Weds. Delicious! Ivan also arranged a sunset boat ride for us through his contacts in the tourism office. 5 mins walk to the beach. 8 mins walk to the centre. Pool and table tennis in the games room were used every day. Outdoor pool and kitchen/bbq were fantastic.

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.

We had a great stay, we used the rental car to get around Croatia and to Italy. Short distance to Pula and to everything you need. The house was very neat and tidy, great service and easy to communicate with the landlord's representatives.

We enjoyed our holiday in the 2 houses of Josip! The houses are in a perfect condition and have everything you need. The 4 sleepingrooms (plus 2 additional sofas) with 4 bathrooms and 1 additional WC (per house) are very comfortable. Josip is a very helpful and fast responding host - 5 stars without any additional comments!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The villa offers pretty much everything you need. The cleaning lady did a very good job the place was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The pool is just great. My kids had almost more fun by the pool than in the sea😆. There are plenty of dishes etc. of everything. Of course, the modern villa also installed an air conditioner in every room, so we didn't have to sweat. I have been visiting the region for years but honestly say we found nothing comparable in quality until now. The house is perfect and we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

We had a perfect 4-night stay at this beautiful villa surrounded by the most beautiful nature. We loved everything about the house, spaciousness, design, location, serenity, amenities, cleanliness and pool. Ivana was a super friendly host, had some great suggestions regarding Istria and communication was a pleasure.

The place is perfect. Can’t say anything negative about it or the hosts. Everything easily accessible, nothing is too far away at all. Lovely quiet location. The villa is 5 star. It’s huge, pristine and the pool is so so clean. Games room for the kids and trampoline. All mod cons through out and all the rooms were immaculate. Everything was perfect! The photos exactly match the reality, including sheets and towels. Everything clean and very comfortable beds. The Prenk host is always super available!

We had a wonderful stay as a group of friends! The house is great and everything went smoothly. The beach was 15 minutes by car, as was the town of Pula for a day trip. We can only recommend it.
