Interior retains plenty of rustic charm with traditional wooden beams. Villa is totally enclosed in a big private garden, surrounded by nature, olive groves and orchards. Within the beautiful green garden there is a private pool 16 m2 , perfect for relaxing in the sun. We welcome families and pets!

Viridis is a 4 stars studio apartment in a house and it has a huge private garden, a jacuzzi, a terrace with BBQ and a beautiful view to the woods. It is a perfect destination for those who search privacy and a quiet green place for relaxing. Our guests are provided by 2 bikes, a pikado and a table tennis. The nearest beach distes 1km and market too. You can reach amazing beaches in 5 -8 min by car and the old Pula city centar in 5 min. The apartment is very new. Come and enjoy :)

Relax in this new, comfortable and nicely decorated accommodation. The apartment is located in a small building with 2 floors. The apartment has private free parking. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishes, coffee maker with filter. The apartment is also equipped with towels and bed linen. Near the apartment there is a pizzeria, taverns with local food, fish restaurants, seafood, market .. The first beach is only 200m.

N'5 house + garden/ center Medulin

House N'5 is located in the center of Medulin, next to the Roman Catholic Church of St. Agnese .Netflix and Wifi are free. Private parking is located in the yard of the house and you have a nice terrace that can be accessed from the living room and the kitchen. The house was built in 1959 and everything was newly renovated. The entire area is air-conditioned. Bijeca sandy beach is 1 kilometer away. The bus stop is 100 meters away.

The building is situated in an attractive location, only 300m from the touristic center of Medulin. Sandy beach is distant 10 minutes by foot. This stylish place to stay is perfect for relax. The beach is just a minute away. Places like restaurants, beach bars, water activities etc.. are on the reach of few minutes in radius. Including public bus or a supermarket. On request we can provide bikes to cruze arround or a sup board to reach the nearest islands. place is mostly calm,but still busy.

5-Person Apartment
