Beachfront holiday rentals in Pješčana Uvala

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen. Het appartement is netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mochten wij nog iets nodig zijn (wat niet nodig is geweest) konden wij altijd bij de host terecht. Een super rustige en mooie omgeving dichtbij gezellige dorpjes en mooie stranden.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for us and the location is excellent. There is very easy access to Pula, and for shopping and supplies. The swimming from Sunny Steps was wonderful and we loved being on the balcony looking out over the bay every evening. The local Wakepark bar was great also! I would love to go back and definitely recommend it to others. Thank you!

noi abbiamo passato una vacanza in famiglia nella villa di Elvis (due adulti e tre bambini) e siamo stati molto bene, la descrizione e le foto corrispondono a quanto trovato, Elvis e la moglie sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, ci sentiamo di consigliare sia la villa che la zona.

Merveilleux séjour chez Viltorija et son mari ! Le logement était fidèle à la description et très fonctionnel ! Ils ont été très accueillant à notre arrivée et au petits soins avec nous tout en restant discret tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons chez eux sans hésiter ☺️

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement ist sehr zentral, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Viktorija hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und stand jederzeit zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder

Wir hatten einen wundervollen 3-tägigen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment – mit unseren Hunden, was absolut problemlos war. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Wohnung war tipptopp sauber, sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet – man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Alles war genauso wie auf den Fotos, wenn nicht sogar besser. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine entspannte Auszeit in Kroatien suchen – ob mit oder ohne Vierbeiner!

Maja has the sweetest little apartment in the Rovinji old town. We loved our stay here, it was perfect for our family of four. The beds were the most comfortable we have found on our trip yet, and Maja was an incredible host - very friendly and accommodating, she helped us out with transfers to the apartment and more. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks very much Maja!

Piękny apartament. Na zdjęciach nie wygląda na tak duży. Dwie olbrzymie sypialnie. Dodatkowo dostępny salon i kuchnia z jadalnia. Piękny taras z kolejnym stołem. Do dyspozycji grill gazowy. Wyposażenie kuchni na najwyższym poziomie. Do dyspozycji nie tylko standardowe naczynia ale też praktyczne rzeczy: folia, papier do pieczenia itd. Czekały na nas owoce. Dla dzieci słodkie rogaliki ale też znalazło się coś na wieczór 😏 w łazience pralka + kostki.

Heerlijk rustig dorpje, alles binnen loopafstand (supermarkt, bakker, restaurants). Binnen 10 minuten op strand (waar je een parkeerpas voor krijgt van Davor) en in Rovinj. Mooi centraal gelegen in Istrië. Als je op zoek bent naar rust en weg wil uit de drukke toeristische plekken, dan ben je hier op het juiste adres. Davor is dagelijks aanwezig voor onderhoud aan de tuin etcetera en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen of een praatje. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en komen zeker terug!

we had a wonderful stay in Pula. The accommodation is absolutely recommended! Barbara is a great host - the best we've ever had! She is proactive, always friendly, great recommendations and super cute gifts. We felt incredibly comfortable and would recommend this accommodation to everyone because you won't regret it. With our rental car we were at all the hotspots in just a few minutes. The nearest beach was a 15-minute walk away. We are more than happy and satisfied with the price-performance offer. The Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed! 🌟 10/10 !!!!

I can recommand Dragans place, as he is a great host, the place with pool is really nice and there is so much do do and explore in this area! I will come again!

We stayed for the weekend and I fully recommend it. Greate specious place with private pool and very close to the beach. Host is super responsive and helpful.

Die Unterkunft war super. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Pool sah auch wunderbar aus. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tolle geräumige Wohnung mit großer Terasse, schönem Garten mit Pool in ruhiger Lage. Man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto in Fazana und beim Plodine. Alles war sehr sauber. Waschmaschine, Fön und vieles mehr vorhanden. Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnraum. Alle Fenster haben Jalousien. Im Schlafzimmer wären aber Verdunkelungsvorhänge von Vorteil, um es besser abzudunkeln. Kein Geschirrspüler und kein Toaster. Nebenan ist noch eine weitere kleine Wohnung, mit denen man sich den Garten/Pool teilt. können die Wohnung jedem empfehlen.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Perfekte Villa, perfekte Lage. Haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Super Erreichbarkeit der Gastgeberin, die immer sehr gute Empfehlungen für uns hatte. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen🙂

Rosi’s apartment was an absolute dream! We arrived later in the evening and Rosi made sure to check in with us and even left a local Croatian alcohol for us in the fridge to cap off our first night in Rovinj! The apartment was impeccably decorated and we immediately felt at home in the cozy bed and chairs in the living room overlooking the sea. It was the perfect base to explore all the Rovinj had to offer in terms of amazing restaurants, bars, and we took advantage of swimming in the cove and enjoying sunset on the rocks. We had the most relaxing and fun vacation exploring Rovinj’s streets and loved listening to the live musicians in the square at night while eating gelato! We already can’t wait to come back!!

Die Unterkunft von Simon hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Eine wirklich sehr schöne, blitzsaubere Wohnung mit sehr schöner Einrichtung. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte - und sogar darüber hinaus (zB ein Standmixer, Mikrowelle, etc). Alles ist sehr neuwertig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend von Premantura, die Fotos entsprechen der Realität was den Blick aufs Meer angeht. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten am Meer zum Baden - wirklich schön! Der Kontakt mit Simon verlief super - auf Anfragen hat er in kürzester Zeit reagiert, das war sehr angenehm, da wir sehr kurzfristig buchen wollten. Fazit: Die Unterkunft ist toll, Simon ein super Gastgeber - vielen Dank für alles!

Sandro was a wonderful host. The unit was exactly as described. It close to the beach and there were several small restaurants within walking distance. He also gave us several recommendations for several other activities in the area. The apartment had 3 separate bedrooms with queen or larger beds, 2 full bathrooms with fantastic full-body showers, and a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely be staying there on our return to Croatia.

Eine bestens ausgestattete und komfortable Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und konnten die Zeit Dank der tollen Wohnung und Lage genießen. Darko war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und das gab uns ein gutes Gefühl - wirklich tolle Gastgeber.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Abiturienten und haben eine Woche dort gewohnt. Man ist zu Fuß nur eine Minute vom Strand, und ca 7 Minuten von einem großen Einkaufscenter entfernt. Die Busse in die Innenstadt von Pula fahren sehr häufig und jede Fahrt kostet 2€. Das tollste am Haus war der Hund Bruno.

Nenas Haus ist fantastisch. Die Lage Mitten im kleinen, pittoresken Zentrum von Fazana, die Gestaltung und Aufteilung der Räume, die Ausstattung der Küche, der kleine geschützte Hof hinterm und die Terrasse vorm Haus - alles einfach sensationell! Wir waren 9 Personen (3 Generationen) und hatten genug Platz zum Schlafen, Waschen (3 Bäder/WCs), Kochen, Spielen, Essen. Da es noch kühler war, konnten wir die Klimaanlagen in den oberen Stockwerken und den kuscheligen Holzofen im Erdgeschoss nutzen. Es war gemütlich und romantisch Vom Haus ist man zu Fuß in 1-2 Minuten am kleinen Hafen mit Restaurants, zwei Cafés und einer Bar (vielleicht im Sommer mehr) und der Anlegestelle zur Insel Brijuni. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es viele schöne unterschiedliche Bademöglichkeiten: Kies, Stein oder Beton. Stege und 2 barrierefreie Zugänge. Nenad war zu dieser Zeit nicht da. Aber Milan hat uns freundlich empfangen, perfekt betreut und uns sogar Holz für den Ofen organisiert. Danke, jederzeit wieder.

The perfect home base for a few days in Rovinj. As advertised, it is nestled in the pedestrian-only section of the old city, so it’s a bit of trek from free parking options, but we made it work. Take the slightly longer but much flatter route along the sea if you have large roller bags rather than over the plateau in the middle of the city. If you just have backpacks, don’t worry about it and book this place immediately. Otherwise, be prepared to carry large bags up two flights of stairs. We did, and have no regrets. We also walked about twenty minutes each way to access our car to visit other locations. When we arrived back, we had no trouble parking again. Easy check in with lockbox. Great directions to the place. Super clean and plenty of space for an urban European apartment. Trash disposal is a short walk away. No ridiculous checkout procedures. Mirta was responsive to any questions. Highly recommend for your trip to Rovinj and surrounding areas.
