Studio in a very well located building, especially for those who will do something at USP. Easy access to bus and subway terminals. Nearby markets, bakeries and restaurants. Very well-equipped studio, super clean and the building has facilities that make the difference for a longer stay. Hosting is well worth hosting.

I loved it, very cozy, I felt at home. I definitely indicate and I will come back more often. I was worried about the noise because it was very close to a busy avenue, but I didn't hear any noise, it was super quiet. Thank you for the stay.

Great location. Except that it has a nearby community, the doormen and staff help a lot to walk better around. But everything is perfect! The hosts respond immediately to any questions. Great cost benefit, I indicate!
