Really great place, clean, comfortable. Marie always answered my questions.

Central location for the activities we wanted to do: visit the Keys, Miami, and Everglades. some good restaurants nearby our favorite was the Brazilian Steak House. The back yard with pool. tub and BBQ was out favorite part of the house for our three teenagers

The details improved my stay: refreshments such as coffee and snacks, face cloth for those who wear makeup, and dining wear ( coffee mugs, plates, cutlery, ect.). 10/10

This house is a real gem! It’s spacious, comfy and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed the backyard space and watching the wildlife roam about, it felt like I was in the islands. I would definitely recommend and absolutely stay here again. P.S. One of guests wanted to include how lovely the linens smelled.😊

Raquel's Coconut Grove rental at the Mutiny Hotel is a true gem. We were there for a very serious reason (wife had surgery at Jackson Hospital) and were pressed to find a clean, quiet place in a nice location, within a short drive to the hospital. We also needed to have a full kitchen. In other words, we weren't there for vacation but thank god my wife's surgery went well and her recovery at this hotel turned our stressful trip into a relaxing mini vacation that we did not expect. Throughout our stay Raquel remained always available and answered all our questions promptly and with kindness we didn't expect. She was a wonderful host and if we every needed to return to Miami, this would be our first choice. Highly recommended.

This is our second time staying at this property and we have already booked it again for next year. For us, you can't beat the location, which is very close to downtown but far enough to feel more neighborhood like and peaceful. The townhouse concept is great especially if you have a pet.

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

This was home away from home. It had a cute ambiance and everything was clean and tidy. I’m currently in the middle of a move and it was everything my spouse and I needed. The check in process was easy and Ana was always responsive and available for questions or concerns. I have been living in Miami for a year and would recommend this place for those living here and for those visiting. Locations is also great as it is just a short drive to Calle 8, coconut grove, coral gables, the beach , etc. Would 100% stay here again.

Lovely spot for a solo traveller. Central to many restaurants, easy access and lots of amenities provided by the hosts. Small space but they've done a lot of with it and gotten a lot out of it. Was perfect for my brief stay of two nights.

David and Josh were amazing! The place was perfect and close to what we needed. They were very quick to respond!

The best part about this unit is the host (Maria). She is wonderful in terms of helping and accommodating, and went as far as to go out of her way to give me a ride. I was there for a family emergency and she was very compassionate and helpful. This is my second stay and I’ll be returning to this place when the time comes. Nice, cozy, well taken care of place with all the basics. Great for an individual or a couple.

Victor's place was a very nice place to stay while in Miami. it's a nice cool room with enough space to do whatever you need to do like simple cooking showering and sleeping at night. Whenever we had questions Victor was right there in the messages responding immediately. He's very accommodating to what you need. My wife and I like to sleep very cold in our room and it's really nice that you can have a remote control next to the bed to operate the air conditioning at any temperature. Would definitely recommend staying at his COZY suite for anyone!

This was perfect for me - the condo is clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom and bedding. It was so nice to have the Four Seasons amenities to use, the valet parking was quick and they were so polite. Will definitely stay here again!

living space is very clean & well stocked. View of city and partial ocean is a highlight especially with ceiling to floor windows! love the valet parking & resort providing beach chairs and umbrella, it was needed in 90 degree weather! Building could invest in better gym equipment & thr pool area closed too soon for adults and pricing. overall great place!

Best Airbnb in Miami! The space was really comfortable. The open patio from the bedroom straight to the pool really gave vacation vibes. Pool was perfect with lots of lovely outdoor seating for meals or relaxing time. A 5 minute walk to the grocery store. Quiet bedroom. Very convenient if going to MIA or Tri rail. So pleased with this experience- thank you!
