Great location, easily accessible to main buses nearby connecting to most shops and restaurants. Was a nice quiet area with good privacy. Easily maintainable and walkable supermarkets with good parking space and many amenities in good condition available.

I would like to say this is one of the best Airbnb’s in the Miami Beach area, I would definitely recommend this to a small family or even a group of friends going to visit Miami for a weekend! It is very close to many different stores and restaurants, and a close drive to multiple beaches! Will definitely be booking again.

Informative Handbook on premises listing points of interests, restaurants, sight seeing excursions, etc. to include AC, TV, Home lighting instructions, etc. Comfortable beds, excellent water pressure (showers), good selection of available TV channels to choose from and home is well stocked with all required amenities. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic yet close to all local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, bank, etc. Concerns for personal safety and security were never an issue. Onsite parking and no interior stairs to navigate facilitates any personal ambulatory challenges. Looking forward to rebook Debbie's property during our next visit to the Miami, Florida area.

Beautiful home, the neighborhood is gorgeous. Literally around the corner from Million dollar homes. We had a few hiccups, trash left behind and an issue with a leaky shower, but the host was super responsive and great to work with. We would love to be a guest at this property again in the future.

This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

We recently stayed at Albert’s conch-style house for our annual holiday, and it was truly one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had. The home’s unique charm and beautiful design made the experience unforgettable. Our group included 7 people, and with my brother’s family visiting during our stay, there were 11 of us in total - yet the house still felt spacious, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. It really felt like we lived in the house - the space is so inviting, perfect for cooking together, relaxing on the porch, and enjoying the pool area. It has a warm, lived-in feel that makes you want to settle in and stay a while. Albert was a fantastic host who made everything even more enjoyable. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Thank you Albert!

What a beautiful home! It has everything you might need! We stayed here to go to Shakira’s concert. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Check in was quick and easy. I had initially booked the place for the wrong day but I got in contact with the host and he was super responsive and accepted my request quickly to change the day with no problem. I wish I had booked more days and I’m looking forward to go back!!!

The Airbnb was easy to find and instructions for getting in were super easy. The place is a lot smaller in person compared to the photos online. The space had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The free parking spot right out front was a bonus. The location was convenient to all the places we explored. There is a cute cafe and restaurant less than a 5 minute walk away. The host was extremely accommodating and answered any questions/concerns we had pretty quickly. For the price we paid we could have probably rented something bigger but overall we enjoyed our stay.
