Lovely family penthouse with roof terrace and pool

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is near town square of Pilar de la Horadada. Only 3 kilometers from the best beaches. The area around Pilar is flat, it is an ideal way to explore the area by bike. All rooms are airconditioned (hot/cold). It has fast internet. There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds in the house so that this house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. Ideal for a family to stay and enjoy their holiday. The community has a large pool.

Apartment on the beach with amazing view

Amazing view towards Mar Menor and La Manga from the 4th floor, first line to the beach. When you walk out of the building you just have to walk a few meters before you reach the beach. The apartment has a double bed, two single beds and a bunk bed. Air conditioning is installed, and in addition each bedroom and living room has ceiling fans. At the kitchen the tap has a water filter, this way you do not have to buy water, you can drink the water from the tap. Apartment painted in January 25.

Stunning NEW modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment located in the prestigious Lamar Resort. Flat very near to the 2 swimming pools (opposite balcony)!and has parking. Safe playground. Area. Near high street, shops, 5 minute drive to lovely beach. Market on Friday. Microwave, TV's, washing machine, hair dryer, wi-fi & UK TV channels . NO parties and family resort so respect rules of the community. Clean sheets and towels upon arrival, not a serviced flat so these are not changed

Great place. Pilar is always attentive and responds quickly and is eager to help. It's a great price, it's right on the beach and you have everything you need within a 2-minute walk. The house is completely faithful to all the photos and also includes beach equipment. I don't give it 5 stars because otherwise the review seems less reliable. I would highly recommend it.

We had a lovely relaxing time at Daniel’s clean, modern and comfortable ground floor place with a sunny patio situated opposite a lovely green park. It’s located in a quiet area close to the beach with easy access to Pilar de la Horadada, Lo Pagan and surrounding areas. There are two associated large relaxing swimming pools. Daniel is a super host, our arrival was easy being met by Peter and we will stay there again.

We had an amazing holiday in San Javier thanks to the fantastic villa and the support and comms offered by the team at Resort Hosts. From the point of booking through to departure, the team were extremely responsive and assisted with several queries. However, it is the app that the Resort Hosts provide which took the experience to another level! Nearly everything we needed to know and lots more we hadn't thought of was within and helped with our expectations before we even left home! All in all, an amazing experience and holiday!

We had a great stay in Mil Palmeras last week and the apartment was in a great location, as it was so close to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was really well appointed and we loved the roof terrace. Ivan was a great host and really responsive whenever we messaged him. Hope to return!
