Lovely space; clean and well stocked with backup supplies, including kitchen essential condiments. Great central location; quiet respectful neighbors, undercover parking space. The host is a rare individual who gives much time to the community in need, yet will immediately respond to her guests when they reach out with questions upon arrival. Superior accommodations and service.

My family loved staying here! We felt safe and the place was very clean. It was great to have a crib and high chair for my 18-month-old. Nice location to do lots of activities in the area - Mad Gravel bike race, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Incline, and more hiking. We had a great time!

Really enjoyed our stay at Shelly's place. It had everything we needed and was cozy. Didn't feel like we lacked anything and it was cozy. Appreciate that it was so clean and close to local restraunts and a grocery store down the street. I would recommend for anyone wanting to be close to the "city of Powers" but not exactly in the high traffic area.

The host was incredibly gracious and made everything easy. The place itself was clean, updated, and just what we needed. Parking was free and easy to access, and the location was super convenient for getting around Colorado Springs. Would definitely stay again.

The space was wonderful both for aesthetics and functionality. The kitchen was perfect in terms of size and amenities, bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was one of the cleanest and modernized I've had during a stay. You can see the cap of the mountain on a clear day, too. Peaceful and private, and even got to see some deer and wild turkey! Joseph, thanks for being accommodating and helpful - great place!

The location was perfect for why I was visiting Colorado. The condo was clean and pleasant - any issues were quickly addressed. If you like “white noise” at night, the HVAC system definitely provides- I personally had to wear ear plugs.

Great location in an established neighborhood. Easy access to anywhere in Colorado Springs. Cozy and comfortable with all amenities advertised. A/C provided by two window units that kept the spaces very comfortable. Dog friendly. Wonderful stay for my wife and me. Highly recommended!

Very easy and welcoming place. Everything from the discription, instructions, the layout, easy of getting in/out - it was great! The place was clean, well decorated, organized and felt like home. This was a great stay and I would rent it again.

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

My wife and I have stayed at many Airbnbs, but this was definitely one of the nicest. Mary and Tim are fantastic hosts, the space has everything you could need and then some, and the view is incredible. We stayed for over two months and would gladly come back. A great spot, and a great base for exploring Colorado Springs and surrounds.
