A great place to stay downtown! Safe, comfortable and clean. Great view and easy to get around town. Will stay here again for sure.

This condo really does have the best view of Seattle. I loved watching the big wheel light show every night. The weather was perfect so we were able to see the mountains almost everyday.

Stayed at both units during my 90 day work assignment in Seattle. The host (Drew ) was very accommodating for all my requests. Response time was very quick usually less than 30mins depending on time of course. From the units you have a view the mountains, The Wheel, piers. On the roof you can take great pictures and views 360° of the downtown core and the surrounding water/mountains. The roof top amenities are great with the renovations 03/29/2024. Walkable distance (7mins to the stadiums), 15min walk to Target, great sites and restaurants all within walking distance. Building is very secure and quiet (solo female traveller), never felt unsafe or uncomfortable. The office management is also friendly as well. 2 Charging stations in the garage if you have an electric car (use the “Blink” app to use the chargers). I would recommend both units to anyone for work or personal stays in Downtown Seattle.

日本からサッカーのクラブワールドカップの試合の為に泊まりました。 最大6人で泊まりましたが、日本の1LDKとは広さが段違いなので充分寝られました。（とはいえ大人だけなら5人がおすすめです。） 観光の中心地にありシアトルの観光地へはどこでも歩いて行けて、車なしでも凄く便利でした。 豊富なタオルや寝具、どでかいベッドとエアベッド、食器類も鍋もありスタバのコーヒー粉が複数種類揃ってました。 ホストのロバートさんは返信も早くフレンドリーで、こちらは翻訳アプリを駆使してたまに楽しいトークもしてくれて凄く楽しかった！ （日本でも人気になったバンドのメンバーだったそうで☺️） セキュリティも良く安全な都会のおしゃれマンションです。 ちなみに記載の住所を日本からGoogleMAPで調べると違う建物が出てきますが、写真の素敵なビルが正しいです。 I stayed here while visiting from Japan to watch the FIFA Club World Cup. There were up to six of us staying, we all slept comfortably. The location is right in the heart of the city, and we were able to walk to all the major sightseeing spots in Seattle — super convenient even without a car. There were plenty of towels and bedding, a huge bed and an air mattress, cookware and dishes, and even multiple types of Starbucks coffee grounds stocked! Our host, Robert, was very responsive, friendly. The building is modern and stylish with great security — we felt very safe throughout our stay.
