We had a very good time, very welcoming and well furnished apartment. There has always been immediate support for every request we made. I will definitely return to Fabrizio and I highly recommend it.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Cosy apartment with real fire

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. We had a lovely stay. Nice location, lovely bed, kitchen and bathroom. It was very sweet that when we arrived the fridge was filled with small things so we did not have to do groceries right away. Highly recommended!

The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Perfect place to stay in Rome. Easy to get around, great restaurants around. Not close to the centre but it is easy to get their via public transportation. Having the beautiful terrace is definitely a plus!

Simple and functional ! it was a bit far from the main museums but so the price was economical.

Great location in safe and quiet area - walking distance to Piramide metro stop and 5 minute walk to train station with easy connections to and from Fiumicino Airport. 15 minute walk to Circo Massimo and Aventine Hill with lots of restaurants close by. Apartment was clean and tidy. Great shower! Quick and clear communication from host. Would definitely recommend.

Eugenia was extremely helpful about every single step of the process for checking in, including recommendations of where to eat and things to do. We love the neighborhood and the historical fact that it was in an aqueduct park.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were kind and responsive. We asked them about dropping off our bags prior to check-in, and they actually had the house ready early and allowed us to check in a few hours early. The house was clean and had exceptional amenities, even coffee and tea, shower soaps, and umbrellas to borrow. The house was comfortable, and the air-conditioning was a wonderful relief from the summer heat. Unfortunately, the metro line running to the Gardenie stop was down for much of our stay due to work on the metro. However, there were several other public transportation options to reach the center of Rome. The area was quiet and much less busy than the center of the city. Overall, we had an incredible stay and would recommend this Airbnb!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

We loved staying at Antonella’s place! Beautifully decorated, and she’s a very responsive host!
