If everything is fine with you you are most welcome to book and stay with us! ** THE HOUSE Enjoy your stay in our early '900 house! It is in a very central, but non-touristy area of Rome where you'll breathe the atmosphere of an authentic Roman neighborhood. This is a SHARED apartment: one host lives in the house and there are 2 guestrooms. Recently renovated, keeping its original structure and charm. Huge and cozy. Perfectly connected, clean, adorable and stylishly furnished. Very large and bright bedrooms, with parquet floors and bed with special sweet dreams mattrasses, so wonderfully comfortable you'll find it hard to get up. 2 bathrooms: one with shower, one with bathtub. KITCHEN IS NOT AVAILABLE. NO washing machine available. Feel free to use the 2 bathrooms, the huge living room and the lounging corners. And also: Wifi, heating, dishwasher, hair dryer, American and Italian coffee makers :-) Fresh sanitized bed linen, towels and a rich BREAKFAST are provided. We have a perfectly working PIANO! Elevator, doorman, courtyard and a huge common terrace on the roof with a cool 360° view upon Rome. THE AREA, PUBLIC TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS, SHOPS AND AMENITIES Right in front of the house you can catch tram number 3, taking you directly and quickly to the Coliseum, Circo Massimo, Trastevere, Villa Borghese, the National Gallery of Modern Art, the zoo, the Pyramid, the vibrant San Lorenzo neighborhood and peaceful Aventino. Close to Termini train station (3 metro stations away) where the cheap and fast bus shuttles from and to the airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) arrive and start. Very close to metro station, line A (San Giovanni or Manzoni stations) taking you to Termini central station, Piazza Barberini, the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, San Peter's, the Vatican Museums, the huge parks of Caffarella and Aqueducts, Cinecittà. A nice public garden is right across the street, by the ancient Aurelian Walls (dating back to the III century!) you can view from your window. The amazing Basilica of San Clemente (known as 'the lasagna church' because it reflects how Rome was built on layers), is reachable on foot and so is the astonishing Santo Stefano Rotondo Church, superancient and hiding a surprise. All the basic shops and services are around the corner: snack bars, ATM, bakery, restaurants, pizzerias, self service restaurant, supermarket, delikatessen, pharmacy, tobacco store, newsstand (where you can get bus/metro tickets and cards), a small fruits&veg market in the morning, an all you can eat sushi restaurant and even a cheap vintage and second hand indoor market! The big, famous and colorful Piazza Vittorio food market is reachable with a nice walk or a 2-stop metro ride. PLUS Possible theme and special tours to discover popular spots and attractions across the city as well as secret and hidden corners only locals get to know. Recently renovated, the flat is furnished with parquet and modern furniture and it is equipped with air conditioning and wifi. The living room can be used as an extra bedroom (with 2 extra comfortable beds) so the apartment is well suited for families of 4 persons. It is located in a beautiful building of 1600 that overlooks the back of the Pantheon. The apartment has been recently renovated and consists of 1 bedroom, living area with 2 single beds, bathroom and kitchen (operational). It has WI-FI internet connection, TV, air conditioning, heating, telephone and safe. The cleaning of the apartment is included in the price so guests will NOT have to pay any additional cost at the time of check-out (the only extra to pay is the tourist tourist tax of € 3.50 per person, per day as per current municipal legislation). Living in the area, we are always available by phone or email. The apartment is on a quiet street behind the Pantheon in the city's historic center. Walk to the Colosseum, Piazza Navona, and the Trevi Fountain for atmospheric evenings. The area is full of bars, restaurants, and shops. You can easily reach the city's main attractions by walking. The area is full of bars, shops and restaurants. In case, we can also organize private transfers from/to the airport/port. If you arrive before the check-in time and the apartment is not yet available, we can welcome you to one of our Bed and Breakfasts which are nearby and where you can temporarily store your luggage. Comfortable single room, quiet and cozy, in a bright and nicely furnished apartment with air conditioning. We are in San Saba, in the heart of Rome: Testaccio, Aventino, and Ostiense neighborhoods are a few steps from home, as well as Colosseo and most of touristic attractions. Ostiense train station (connection to Fiumicino Airport in 30 mins), metro (Piramide and Circo Massimo, connection to Termini in 10 mins) are within walking distance, as well as restaurants, cafés, bars and shops.

Casa di Ro - nice brand new room with pvt bathroom

Ciao :) Welcome in a nice and smart italian guesthouse located in central zone (between the historical neighborhood of San Giovanni and the bohemien artistic area of Pigneto). The apartment is only 2,5km near to Colosseo / Foro Romano Area or Termini Central Station. Enjoy the eternalcity in Rome with family

Our district is about 15 minutes far from Colosseo by bus, two buses in front our home takes you to the main touristic highlights, MetroA is 8 minutes walking. In your room: ensuite bathroom, towels, air conditioned ( fee paing), unlimited wi-fi, hairdryer, ceiling fan, room fridge, coffee machine with capsules. Pls note that we rent a room in the house we live in, it is a familiar accommodation! Pls read carefully our home rules before booking! Looking forward to host you! :)

Il Colosseo, i Fori Imperiali, la Stazione Termini, San Giovanni, Santa Maria Maggiore sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi in pochissimi minuti, e tutto il resto di Roma è facilmente raggiungibile con poche fermate di metro vista l’estrema vicinanza con le stazioni di Metro A (Manzoni) e Metro B ( Colosseo).

Awesome Pizzeria front door and many other bistrot. Our offer refers to overnight accommodation only; the breakfast service was suspended due to the pandemic period.
