Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Thank you very much for everything.

Emanuele’s apartment was perfect for our city break in Rome. It’s a lovely space, comfortable, very clean, lots of thought, care and attention has gone into providing everything we needed for our stay. The location of the property was very well connected with public transport to get into the centre of the city easily. We had excellent, very easy communication with Emanuele. He was very accommodating, even when our incoming flight was very delayed. Thank you for making us feel very welcome Emanuele, we loved our short stay and look forward to coming to stay again next year. Thank you. Very highly recommended ⭐️

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Fijne locatie, heerlijk bed, keuken en badkamer. Helemaal lief dat toen we aankwamen de koelkast gevuld was met kleine dingetjes zodat we niet meteen boodschappen hoefden te doen. Zeer aan te raden!

ottimo alloggio, Mario molto cordiale e disponibile, precisissimo nel fornire indicazioni e modalità di accesso all'alloggio. se dovessi tornare a Roma sicuramente lo contatterò nuovamente per usufruire del suo alloggio.

From giving rides ,to stocking up the frij (on arrival)sharing meals ,historical tour of the Colombario dei liberte de Augusto ,also being always available for any questions with patience. The Pied e Terre is charming .It is easily accessible to the center of Rome.The location is spot on for being in the Eternal city and yet away from the hustle and bustle after a hectic day of sightseeing. I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

This was a beautiful little apartment. Everything was perfectly decorated and spotless. We had some trouble with traffic and other delays and the hosts were amazing. They relieved a lot of stress, waited for us to arrive, warmly welcomed us into their home…. You couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Tack Gabriele. Vi hade en toppen vistelse. Smidigt att checka-in med nyckelskåp. Allt såg ut precis som på bilderna och terassen var vår favoritplats. Den är rymlig och perfekt både för måltider i skuggan utomhus och för att bara sitta ner en stund. Gabriele har lagt mycket tanke och omsorg om detaljer som ger det lilla extra. Tex fanns det kallt vatten i kylskåpet vid vår inkomst. Köket hade allt man behöver. Vi kunde lämna kvar våra väskor efter utcheckning utan problem vilket förenklade vår dag. Vi blev vänligt bemötta av både Gabriele och hans mamma. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka nästa gång vi är i Rom

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Fiammetta, qui était disponible, gentille et accueillante. Le logement est super, exactement comme la description et se situe dans un quartier calme proche des transports en commun. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés 🥰

Great location in safe and quiet area - walking distance to Piramide metro stop and 5 minute walk to train station with easy connections to and from Fiumicino Airport. 15 minute walk to Circo Massimo and Aventine Hill with lots of restaurants close by. Apartment was clean and tidy. Great shower! Quick and clear communication from host. Would definitely recommend.

Vous qui n'avez pas encore trouvé un endroit pour passer un séjour de rêve, je vous recommande un bel appartement lumineux, situé dans un quartier calme et agréable. Il y fait bon vivre car il est très bien équipé : un living convivial, une cuisine qui incite à préparer des bons plats succulents... Une chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, une douche superbe. Tout cela pour vous dire :"N'HÉSITEZ PAS, VOUS NE SEREZ PAS DÉÇU" En plus, il est non loin d'un supermarché "CARREFOUR".

Le logement proposé est complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. L’arrivée était facile et sécurisée, tout était bien rangé et propre. La maison est spacieuse et l’espace extérieur très agréable. Emmanuella était très sympathique et réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Rome et nous recommandons ce logement.

Wir waren drei Mädels die gemeinsam Rom besucht haben! Die beiden Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben versucht alles zu tun , dass wir uns wohl fühlen! Bei Fragen waren sie jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns weitergeholfen :)

Logement très confortable, quartier populaire et plein de charme pour être au calme après de grosses journées de visite à Rome. Plein de restaurants à proximité hyper bons et pas cher !

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were kind and responsive. We asked them about dropping off our bags prior to check-in, and they actually had the house ready early and allowed us to check in a few hours early. The house was clean and had exceptional amenities, even coffee and tea, shower soaps, and umbrellas to borrow. The house was comfortable, and the air-conditioning was a wonderful relief from the summer heat. Unfortunately, the metro line running to the Gardenie stop was down for much of our stay due to work on the metro. However, there were several other public transportation options to reach the center of Rome. The area was quiet and much less busy than the center of the city. Overall, we had an incredible stay and would recommend this Airbnb!

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Antonella ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. In der Unterkunft hat uns nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist das schnelle Internet. Für Events zum Olympiastadion liegt die Wohnung gut.
