A private small attic room without cleaning fee

This small room is only about 10 by 8 feet on the third floor with shared small bath room with another room.There is almost no space to move around. Ductless AC provides cold air. I promise I change sheets, pillow cases and towels every time. If you are picky of space , please go around. I don’t want to upset you and then give me a bad review. Again，this room is always fully booked.Mattress is from Costco too. 15 minutes away from Newark airport. 30 minutes away from downtown NY.

You will be 10 minutes away from a boat ride to downtown NYC & a 20 minute car ride to Brooklyn via our beautiful Verrazano Bridge & 20 minutes by car to New Jersey.

With a 4 minute walk to the light rail and ease of transportation ( bus stop 1 minute away) to hot spots like Hoboken, downtown Jersey city and New York. A lot of good restaurants and 24/7 7-11 and other convenient shops within a mile. Great place and very nice neighbors, peaceful. Very clean and spacious for a one person stay.
