Monthly Rentals in Pico Ruivo

We had a great time in this apartment! It is comfortable, well-equipped, very clean and offers a very nice view, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, especially for the end of a stay, as it is close to the airport. We can actually hear the planes passing by, but it didn't bother us at all: there are no flights at night, so the nights are quiet. The welcome was warm and the communication with the host perfect. We recommend it without hesitation!

The place was great. The view from the beautiful terrace! Nuno is an extremely kind host. He responds quickly and gave us plenty of recommendations. The departure and arrival at the accommodation was made very simple and pleasant thanks to him. In addition, Ponta do sol is a very convenient place: a supermarket with gas station just down the village, great restaurants and the beach being a beautiful place to see the sunset. I can only recommend this place to stay in Madeira. It's been a real favorite!

A beautiful stay and a welcome haven after hiking the hills with tired legs! The host was so generous in providing eggs and potatoes so we could have breakfast then next morning and the apartment felt so homely. we loved it!

We loved staying in the house that Rui offers. There was everything we needed, including everything necessary for basic cooking. The house was spotless. Host Rui was a great host, proactive with communication making sure everything went well during our stay. On the other hand, I cannot ignore the access by car to the property. Although you get used to it, the journey (3 min 30 sec) on a 10-foot wide stone road with ravines on either side that leads to the houses is limited. The biggest problem occurs if you meet someone coming in the other direction (something we have not experienced fortunately) but which we discussed with another couple from Frankfurt, as terrified as we were. Again, you get used to it and it seems almost normal after a few times) 😊 I highly recommend Rui's property and him as a host, thank you for offering these small apartments on the side of the mountain, beautiful memories.
