Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pichl-Preunegg

Great place to stay, happy to come again! We had a short but very pleasant stay at the apartment on 09/06/24 for a concert visit. The apartment was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We immediately felt welcome. Communication was great and check-in went smoothly. Everything worked out perfectly, and we will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you!

We were there for skiing (Katschberg, Speiereck, Fanningberg). The daily journey has been a little longer than, for example, Maria Pfarr, which compensates for, among other things, the "own house". We enjoyed heating the tiled stove in the living room in the evening and lying around on the couch. The three bedrooms (upper floor) are great, the mattresses perfect. We didn't actually use kitchen/food. We took dinner in three local restaurants (Jagawirt, Stiegenwirt, Guniwirt including mineral museum/sale). Again, we were well served. Only the bathroom (upper floor) is outdated. Another toilet room is available. We met Petra and her mother, as well as dog "Lucky" - all lovely. The four of us agreed, a pleasant stay with Petra and her residential area.

We had a great time staying at Christian Gotthardt’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, quiet, scenic and also with good restaurants around 👍

We, 5 friends who were here for sports, were warmly welcomed at the accommodation. The quiet, idyllic location is a dream! The old farmhouse is also very charming and sparkling clean. Thanks to the beautiful weather, we were also able to have breakfast outside and enjoy the starry sky at night. Thank you Elisabeth and family for the great stay. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

The place was even beautiful than the pictures , Alexandra was very kind and friendly, definitely would like to visit again .

The apartment was simply perfect! Clean, equipped with everything needed, pleasant and comfortable, quiet and in an excellent location. The design is stunning, inviting, and very suitable for children. As soon as we entered, we felt at home. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly received, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We have enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful view of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with delicious pastries. And a very nice Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. You can take beautiful walks and excursions in the area. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. The instructions for the arrival were simple and clear, the house is easy to find, in a very calm area. The garden and the view from the garden are insanely beautiful. The accommodation is clean, and well equipped. I felt like home there. Is was comfortable. Liked so much staying there. Königssee but also other touristic points to visit are very close. I’ll gladly stay again in this accommodation. I recommend it!

The studio is small but sufficient. The amenities (bath shower, cooker) are not exactly the latest, but everything works as it should. Mainly, this is a great location as a starting point for car trips. The host is very helpful and communicates well even when not present. The railway is in the process of being renovated,so be careful, there are no trains here now (May 2025).

This place deserves 6 stars. We spent 3 weeks visiting Germany and Austria and this was our top stay! I wish we would have stayed for a full week. The location of this apartment is great for hiking as well as walking the city center. Having parking was a rare and wonderful perk. The apartment itself had absolutely everything my family needed and was spotless. The hosts allowed us to check in early when we were rained out from a hike. We will definitely stay here again but for longer next time!

After a beautiful and winding ride up the mountain, you arrive at a spacious house. Upon entering, the apartment is even more spacious! And a wonderful balcony with a great view! The view is worth booking this apartment. There is something for everyone to do in the area. Are you looking for a place to discover the Assersee and its surroundings? Look no further, you have found your place.

Good place. I would recommend having a car if looking to visit Hallstatt past 7 pm as the bus does not run later than that. Otherwise, the bus and train are relatively close (<10 mins walking)

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

The apartment is very large and in an incredibly beautiful location. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you could need. You can go hiking in the area, Saskia and Arturs know each other well and have lots of helpful tips for things to do. The two were totally friendly and helped us a lot. The apartment is highly recommended!

The apartment is very nice and you feel right at home; the kitchen is super equipped, as well as the grill is great. The only downside is the lack of curtains in the bedroom - it is very bright very early! For a relaxing holiday, I highly recommend the apartment!

We had a very nice short trip with Elisabeth. The accommodation is in a beautiful setting and we would have liked to stay longer to see more. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We'd be happy to come back. :)

Diana is a very friendly and helpful host who responds promptly to questions. The apartment is modern and tastefully furnished, so we felt very comfortable. The location is also fantastic, directly opposite the valley station of the cable car and with views of the valley downhill. With the gondola, you can get to the Dachstein West ski area very quickly. The apartment also includes a heated compartment in the ski depot. A general store where you can get fresh rolls and the most necessary everyday items is within walking distance. There are also a few restaurants in the village. We enjoyed the days in Rußbach very much and would come back anytime.

Tanja is an amazing host, she provided clear instructions to the apartment and check-in. When we requested she provided excellent recommendations for scenic car drives. She was very responsive. The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Tabea was very available and answered all questions happily and nicely, the apartment was sparkling with cleanliness and was well equipped, there was no detail missing!! Down to the smallest details... The view was amazing beautiful apartment the furniture looked new and kept a warm and cozy atmosphere we had a great time!!! It was perfect!! We would love to come back...
