Bordering Carinthia and Salzburgerland, it's immersed in the untouched Biosphärenpark Nockberge, accessible all year. Ski slopes at Katschberg and Sankt Miguel im Lungau (Großeck-Speiereck) are with less than 30 minutes close by. It's a serene spot for enjoying nature's beauty, far from the hectic world!

There are many alpine pastures and cycling routes in the surrounding area. There is currently no shower available.
