Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Pichl-Preunegg

Wir waren zum Skifahren (Katschberg, Speiereck, Fanningberg) da. Die tägliche Anfahrt ist schon etwas länger als z.B. Maria Pfarr, dafür entschädigt u.a. das "eigene Haus". Wir haben es genossen abends den Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer einzuheizen und auf der Couch rumzuliegen. Die drei Schlafzimmer (OG) sind klasse, die Matratzen perfekt. Küche/Essen habe wir eigentlich nicht genutzt. Wir haben das Abendessen in drei örtlichen Gaststätten eingenommen (Jagawirt, Stiegenwirt, Guniwirt samt Mineralienmuseum/-verkauf). Auch hier wurden wir bestens bedient. Einzig das Badezimmer (OG) ist in die Jahre gekommen. Eine weiterer Toilettenraum ist vorhanden. Wir haben Petra und ihre Mutter, sowie Hund "Lucky" kennengelernt - allesamt liebenswert. Wir vier waren uns einig, ein angenehmer Aufenthalt bei Petra und ihrer Wohngegend.

We had a great time staying at Christian Gotthardt’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, quiet, scenic and also with good restaurants around 👍

Tolles, modernes Wohlfühl- Chalet im schönen Filzmoos. Wir haben die Zeit als Familie dort sehr genossen. Andrea und Oliver sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Super Kommunikation und stets erreichbar. Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Unterkunft war sehr schön. etwas warm war es, aber dafür gab es auch zwei Ventilatoren. Einrichtung war top. Alles war sauber. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Gastgeber waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren viel unterwegs und es war jedes mal wieder angenehm in die Unterkunft zurückzukommen. Sehr gemütlich.

Všechno bylo v pořádku. Ubytování krásné a klidné, vše odpovídalo popisu. Byli jsme velice spokojení s pobytem i s hostitelem.

We had a lovely time staying here and exploring Salzburg! It was really easy to find the place and get inside - Ray's instructions were very clear and helpful! It's really easy to get to the city centre and the central train station which meant exploring the city and it's surroundings was simple! Ray was very communicative and ready to answer any questions we had! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again next time we visit Salzburg!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Gröbming. Die Betten sind etwas weich und das Apartment an der Straße gelegen. Wen das aber nicht stört wird hier super schlafen. Bei unserer Ankunft war etwas unsauber geputzt. Den auf den Fotos abgebildeten Pool konnten wir nicht finden.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt direkt am Mattsee – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten das große Glück, ein paar Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus am Mattsee zu verbringen, und es war einfach fantastisch. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – direkt am See mit atemberaubendem Blick, der jeden Morgen begeistert. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Herbert hat uns herzlich empfangen und war ein aufmerksamer, freundlicher Gastgeber, der jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar war. Vielen Dank, Herbert, für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Jättefin stor lägenhet med alla bekvämligheter. Nytt och modernt i mycket smakfull stil. Välutrustat kök, rymliga rum, stor terass och en fin bastu som delas (bokas) med de andra lägenheterna. Mycket bra läge med ca 500 meter till kabinliften Planai West. All skidutrustning kunde vara i förvaringsskåp vid liften. Fick mycket tips av Werner innan ankomst och Werner är en mycket trevlig värd med bra service. Lägenheten stämmer väl överens med de fina bilderna. Ett fantastiskt boende! Vi rekommenderar denna lägenhet och kommer gärna igen.

Absolute Empfehlung! Die Gegend von Marias Unterkunft ist wie im Paradies. Die Aussicht, die Ruhe einfach fabelhaft. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und es gab nichts was uns gefehlt hat. Besonders ist Marias Gastfreundlichkeit hervorzuheben. Sie hat uns das Gefühl gegeben zuhause zu sein. Jederzeit gab es von ihr persönliche Tipps zu Wanderungen und örtlichen Veranstaltungen. Man könnte hier noch viel mehr aufzählen, dafür reichen die Zeichen leider nicht. Besonders waren auch die frische Heumilch und Eier direkt von der eigenen Kuh und den Hühnern. Es war wirklich wundervoll! Danke! ☺️

Garsonka je malá, ale postačující. Vybavení (sprcha od vany, vařič) nejsou zrovna nejnovější, ale vše funguje, jak má. Hlavně se jedná o skvělou lokalitu jako výchozí bod pro výlety autem. Hostitel je velmi ochotný a dobře komunikuje i když není přítomen. Železnice se právě rekonstruuje,takže pozor,žádné vlaky tu teď nejezdí (květen 2025).

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit netten Gastgebern, insbesondere Claudia hat uns herzlich empfangen und viele gute Empfehlungen für die Gegend ausgesprochen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen. 🙂

Merci à Steffi pour son super gentil accueil, dans ce chalet, ambiance familiale, charmant et propre ! Situé à moins de 10minutes de Schladming, nous avons pu y aller très facilement pour skier tous les jours. Nous avons dormi à 5 très confortablement. Steffi est très réactive, hyper accueillante et nous a donné de bonnes recommendations.

The surroundings, the view, and the proximity to things to do are magnificent. It is recommended to have a vehicle if you want to have freedom of movement. The apartment is very quiet and peaceful, but it is very very small, which makes it difficult to cook and move around. It is not as private as we like so we stuck to the apt. and the balcony. The Krippenstein cable cars, trails, and caves were worth our stay, on top of everything else we did. Obertraun is a great town to stay in.

It was our third time in Salzkammergut and wonderful Sankt-Wolfgang. I think this town is the best location around! The lake is amazing! Simone’s apartment was at my “wish list” at Airbnb, since my previous trip. And I’m very happy that I had opportunity to realise it! Details: Apartment is fully equipped. Everything is very comfortable and high quality as if the apartment was furnished to live in, not for rent. View: Amazing, much better I could imagine watching photos. The balcony/terrace is very big and fully furnished (dinner set: table and chairs), sofa, comfortable chairs, etc. Parking: Comfortable public parking in 100 metres. 8 euros/day. It’s so spacious, that I think even in high season there are parking spaces available. Restaurants: A lot of restaurants around. Simone gave us restaurant guide and recommendations. P.S. To reach the apartment you need to walk downstairs approximately 2 stories. It’s not a problem at all, but you should take it in consideration

Mario’s place was absolutely beautiful. You are nested within the mountains, being able to enjoy the breathtaking views from the comfort of the balcony. The pictures, like everything else in life, do not do it justice. I appreciated that there was wine to purchase in the apartment, a nice add on and something to enjoy on warm summer days. Lakes are nearby which was something I did every day along with hitting the trails (trails that I went to were slightly far but ok if you have a car). I would come back!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bea und Alexander waren sehr aufgeschlossen und hatten tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen, Parken etc. parat. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und in einer unglaublich schönen Lage. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit allen Utensilien die man brauchen kann. In der Umgebung kann man toll wandern gehen, Saskia und Arturs kennen sich gut aus und haben viele hilfreiche Tipps für Unternehmungen. Die beiden waren total freundlich und haben uns viel geholfen. Die Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Kurztrip bei Elisabeth verbracht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung und wir wären gerne länger geblieben, um mehr zu sehen. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder. :)

Great place and amazing view of the Austrian mountains.

Diana ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen umgehend reagiert. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auch die Lage ist traumhaft, direkt gegenüber der Talstation der Bergbahn und mit Blick auf die Talabfahrt. Mit der Gondel ist man sehr schnell im Skigebiet Dachstein West. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein beheiztes Fach im Skidepot. Ein Gemischtwarenladen, wo man frische Brötchen und die nötigsten Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs bekommt, ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es im Ort ein paar wenige Restaurants. Wir haben die Tage in Rußbach sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

El departamento es muy confortable, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas breves vacaciones. Un balcón que invita a la reflexión. El paisaje es tan atrapante!! Un lugar paradisíaco. La ubicación es muy buena para acceder al bus (a la vuela de la esquina) que acerca a la estación donde se toma el otro bus para ir al Nido del Águila. Nosotros fuimos en auto a Berchtesgaden y fui muy sencillo llegar. Es decir tiene todo para ser recomendado: departamento completo, lugar paradisíaco, fácil acceso al pueblo. Además Tania siempre estuvo en contacto para facilitarnos las cosas.

Very nice place to stay, close to Hallstatt, not so far from Salzburg. Lots of activities around. The appartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Therese was very responsive. Highly recommended.
