The house is absolutely congruent with Alice's description! Very nice and the space outside really comfortable if you have dogs and/or children! Suitable for those with small children, it has everything you need! Thanks to Alice who immediately made herself very helpful and assisted us with all our needs! We'll definitely be back!

The house is brand new and equipped with every comfort and the stay was particularly pleasant because, despite the heat outside, we did not feel the need to turn on the air conditioner since the house has great isolation. We especially appreciated the tranquility of the house and the area: it is the ideal setting to relax in the evening after a day at the sea! Despite the quiet area, however, a short distance from the house there are several commercial activities and an excellent gastronomy, specializing in sea cuisine that offers takeaway service, very useful in the evening when you don't want to cook! In conclusion: a great solution if you want to stay away from the chaos of the coast, despite having all the services and the sea at a reasonable distance. I thank the owner and his family for their availability and above all for the great tips!

Highly recommended!!!! Especially for those like us who have dogs, but also for those who want to stay in a quiet setting, this is the ideal place! It is about a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, completely independent, fenced, surrounded by olive trees and a hedge that gives a lot of privacy. The interior, very cozy and equipped with every comfort (mosquito nets, air conditioning, Internet...). The owner, Marco, a very nice and helpful person! Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!

An outstanding retreat in the mountains above Viareggio. Wonderful is the private garden with breathtaking view over the plain to the sea. The apartment is beautifully decorated, so we felt right at home. Brilliant that there were interesting toys, perfect for our kids from 7-11 years. The view from the apartment is also fantastic. The approach to the house is a bit adventurous the first time, but the second time we quickly got used to it. If you want to have your peace, it is perfect because there are no direct neighbors. The proximity to the sea is magnificent, we stayed at the wonderful beach in Viareggio every day. It is only about 20 min. away. The communication with Enrico was great! He gave us great tips for the area.
