We had a wonderful at Elena’s place. So good to have a big house with a yard to relax in and “live like a local” for a couple of days. Elena was very responsive to questions before and during the stay. The kitchen was great for self catering. Loved the visits by the friendly resident cats. Definitely book Elena for a massage during your stay. My wife says it’s the best massage she’s ever had!

Claudio & Rita’s place is clean, tidy and comfortable, with all you need for a short stay. It was a pleasure to rest here for a day on our Via Francigena walk The air conditioning was welcome. We didn’t meet Claudio and Rita but it was easy to communicate with them and they were flexible and helpful.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation, and the host was so kind. It was a little uncomfortable because I couldn't speak English, but I had no difficulty in conversation using the translation app. Above all, it was nice to feel the warm consideration and sincerity. They also gave us a warm gift and wine, so we ate well. The only thing that was unfortunate was that it was difficult to drive to the accommodation and that there was no place to walk to. The accommodation was really nice, I highly recommend it.

The accommodation has an excellent location: about forty minutes from Volterra, about twenty from San Giminiano and the characteristic villages of Chianti, but also very convenient for getting around in Val D'Orcia. All basic services, supermarkets, bars, butcher and gas station are just a few minutes away by car. I really appreciated the design and furnishings of the house, with a nice aesthetic taste but above all with everything you need and all the comforts, including the possibility of parking the car near the house. Very flexible check-in and available host.
