Our team stayed at this place and had a great time! The space was nice, located in a good neighborhood, and the host was very responsive. The kitchen had complete tools which made meal prep easy, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Everyone really enjoyed the stay—highly recommended!

This place is definitely worth the price! It looks exactly like what’s shown in the listing — peaceful, private, and very clean. My team and I really loved our stay here, and they even said we made the right choice for our team outing. The bed feels hotel-like, the bathroom is spotless, and the bedroom is tucked away enough that only minimal noise can be heard — perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, which made cooking easy. The griller was also a big plus since we didn’t bring our own. The host was very responsive and helpful with our questions, especially on what we could bring. Most essentials were already available, especially in the kitchen. We didn’t get to fully explore the place as most of us arrived late — sayang the game room! Also, a heads-up: the property is downhill, so expect a good number of stairs. Overall, we had a great experience and highly recommend this place!

The stay at the villa was incredible, the team was so welcoming and helpful! The location was wonderful, very close to GL and with a private beach all to yourself with stunning views. I can’t recommend this place enough! We were able to not only explore great locations close by, but also relax with the pool and play badminton right by the beach. The kitchen was also fully equipped and came with a stocked beer fridge! We had a lovely time and recommend this to anyone looking for a big place to stay with friends or family. Thank you, Paolo, Ekaterina, Kareen and Teej! You made our stay incredible and we will definitely try to come back next year!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa, die auch so aussieht wie auf den Fotos. Die Villa ist der hell und die Lage ist ruhig, also ist ein guter Schlaf garantiert. Unser Highlight war definitiv die Katze Kimchi - so eine liebevolle, freundliche und süße Katze☺️ Sie liebt es zu kuscheln und schläft auch gerne mal auf einem ein ☺️ Und keine Sorge, sie macht nichts dreckig, kaputt oder geht an die eigenen Sachen. Sie ist einfach glücklich bei Menschen zu sein und in Ruhe zu kuscheln. Direkt gegenüber der kleinen Einfahrt zur Villa kann man bei einer netten Frau einen super Roller zu einem günstigen Preis mieten!😊

Both Jayson and the caretaker went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant experience. The place was very well-made and spacious, and it's in a location that's both quiet yet near enough important establishments. We'd definitely come back!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser Unterkunft! Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und es ist alles bis in letzte Detail durchdacht - perfekt um ein paar ruhige Tage zu zweit zu genießen ☺️ Der fußläufig erreichbare Strand ist bei Flut wirklich traumhaft und wir hatten ihn fast immer für uns alleine. Mit einem Motorroller ist man in 15 Minuten in General Luna - so kann man die abgeschiedene Lage super genießen und ist trotzdem nahe am Geschehen. Außerdem gibt es auch im Ort Santa Cruz ganz tolle Kaffees und Restaurants. Die Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers war einmalig, er war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Anliegen sofort geholfen ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Araya Beach Casas. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The villas are in excellent condition and amenities and equipment are well provided for. The beach was in front of the property, only a few steps from the villa.

We had a great stay at this spacious and cozy villa. The pool was big and very clean. We were warmly greeted with suman and fresh buko juice when we arrived - such a nice and personal touch! The place was very clean, well-kept, and felt just like home. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! ☺️

We stayed at Paradise Blanc with a group of 9 and the place was really nice. It's in a relatively quiet area, but close to the beach. The housekeeper, Vince, was super helpful and always friendly - he even got rid of a large spider for us. They accommodated both early check-in and late check-out for us, which was super convenient due to how the transport from and to the airport works.

We were greeted warmly by the caretakers and even offer their assistance with grilling our bbqs and buying other items. The villa was clean and felt like a hotel accommodation which made us stay comfortably. More powers to the host and the caretakers!

Our stay at this stunning villa was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had stepped into a private paradise. The villa itself is absolutely breathtaking – beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and equipped with every comfort imaginable. Every detail, from the luxurious linens to the serene outdoor spaces, was thoughtfully curated to create an atmosphere of complete relaxation and indulgence. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the outstanding service we received. Jo Ann was a phenomenal host – warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless, offering wonderful recommendations and always being available when needed. Her hospitality made us feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. We left with full hearts and unforgettable memories. This was hands down one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had, and we’re already dreaming of returning.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!

The location is peaceful and quiet. Away from the crowd and is almost at the end of the beach -which was exactly what we wanted. Our family had a reunion at Boracay and we chose Mayumi Beach Villa as our home away from home. We had family who have not been together in one place for 35 years and we wanted a house where we could truly relax and enjoy our time together. This Airbnb is exactly as the pictures posted. We comfortably fit 10 of us in this house. The villa is extremely clean and well maintained thanks to the staff. Mark and Junemark were amazing. They helped our family get settled from the beginning of our trip. They provided a welcoming and hospitable environment for our family to enjoy our time together without the stress of figuring out what to eat and even down to the hassle of booking activities. I recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Tirta Spring Villas is a gem few hours away from the metro it was a very short stay but my family really loved the place. It was comfy and homey everything is clean modern and i cant really say more! Our short stay should have been a long stay! definitely will come back!

We highly recommend this place!! Staff was accommodating, Ate Malou and the owner were so easy to reach whenever we needed something!! That alone makes the place sooo great as we were really able to relax!! Love the idea that the common area has doors you can close as there were cats roaming at night hunting the garbage bins! Electricity was fluctuating a bit but they made sure it never went out. Water went out in the morning also but again, they made sure we had the water back up again ASAP. So overall our stay was worth it!! We swam until 3am!! Haha! Book this place already!!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Bahala Na Villas war einfach nur wunderschön. Unsere Villa war sehr schön und genauso wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Auf Anfrage wurde die Villa jeden Tag perfekt gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle unglaublich freundlich. Man hat sich zu jeder Zeit richtig wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten richtig tolle Gespräche mit den sehr lieben Mitarbeitern, die immer sehr hilfsbereit und unglaublich schnell geantwortet haben. Egal welches Anliegen wir hatten, alles wurde zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Die Villa liegt etwas abseits vom Geschehen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier vollkommen richtig. Wer in die Stadt fahren möchte, dem wird jederzeit geholfen. Hier werden Trycicles für einen organisiert oder private Vans. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und freuen uns schon sehr, wenn wir irgendwann in Zukunft nochmal bei Bahala Na Villas Urlaub machen können !

Collin's place is clean and beautiful. The house is relatively new with complete kitchen and dining amenities. Linens, beddings, curtains look newly-washed. Collin has set very clear guidelines regarding the use of the house, which I appreciate. Communication is easy, from booking to check-out. Ate Maru also welcomed us and made our stay comfortable.

I wanna start by saying it is my first time booking a place that looks exactly the same as the photos being advertised/listed. It is worth every penny! I love how homey and modern it is. The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained! Loved the kitchen too! Oh my and the staff were so helpful and kind. I would love to go back again. My husband and I enjoyed a 2 nights stay and wishing we could extend more. This will be on my fav lists for sure. Thanks to Diego as well for being responsive and for giving us all the info needed. 10/10 would recommend!

Im so inlove with the place. It really felt like home. It’s worth the stay, hope i could still extend my stay but because of my short vacation schedule it was impossible. I will definitely come back next time. Thanks jan jan and jorge for accomodating us. You guys are very helpful. The puerto vacation was not a success without you guys!

The kind home is easy to find, very homey and the staffs are truly kind and helpful. We are definitely coming back.
