We stayed here for the Clark Aurora Music Fest and it was a great find. The price is worth it and the place was super clean. It's near Clark Global and SM Clark and you can easily book a grab from and to the location. It's also near Korean restos and groceries if you want to cook some food. This is highly recommended for anyone who needs a place to stay for future events in Clark

We really enjoyed our vacation and my parents really liked the place! Ate Aiza, the caretaker was very accommodating also. We were looking forward to this vacation and we really were able to rest and relax in this place. Communicating with the caretaker was a breeze, the location is very accessible and the place was clean as well. Thank you so much. We’ll surely book this place again when we visit tagaytay in the future!

Everything was better than we expected. Marj answered all our questions with such detailed accuracy. We thought that the location would become a setback; however, we were pleasantly surprised that the location was everything we hoped for that much needed relaxation and privacy. We loved everything about Astoria; especially the food! You may also test your cooking skills since there's a mini kitchenette in all rooms. We will definitely come back!

I had a great stay at Jae Soong’s place. I was contacted by Riza who is the on site help, she was great and answered all the questions I had, if I had an issue she came round straight away, she was also in contact every day to make sure my stay was comfortable. Thank you guys!

The place is easy to find just the street is rough so if you have kids just be careful of them, the check in is smooth and kudos for the staff they are all nice and smiling to you everytime also they are helpful for all of our needs, the room is ok we are 3 the bathroom is big enough just no hot shower, but the street going to front beach is bad we need to be really careful to step on the stone but these is i think if its rainy season. 1min walk to front beach ! well come back again

It is in the residential neighborhood of Telaje. So don't expect walking distance access to convenience stores like 7-eleven or fastfood chains like Jollibee, but there are sari-sari stores nearby (there are two just across the property) you can rely on. And since it is within a residential area, nights are pretty quiet which is what I prefer.

Amerie is very friendly and helpful she even refunded my 1 day because of my change of plan need to go back to manila she refunded the same day.staff is very friendly and helpful.definitely we will come back❤️❤️❤️super bait na host❤️❤️❤️

Worth every penny we paid. Close proximity to Shaw MRT and SM Megamall. Would stay here again if given the chance.

Everything is perfect, they help you with all the facts and suggestions, rich breakfast, very friendly service. For those who have a hard time falling asleep, the air conditioning may make a lot of noise, but for those who lie as tired as we do, it's no bother.

Nice place, bit small (like all manila condo’s) but cosy, nicely decorated, lovely view in to green trees and on the swimming pool, all necessities in the near vicinity. Recommended.

Short one night stay, perfect for us after a long flight and getting the ferry the next day. Comfy room and close to cafes, restaurants and 7/11 for breakfast or dinner. Friendly staff

I had a wonderful time at Warren’s place with my girlfriend. Besides being a little noisy due to being directly at the main road, there’s nothing I can say against the place. Definitely fairly priced and clean. The host is very responsive and happy to help. I can whole-heartedly recommend the place and I am happy to go there again in the future.

Highly recommended. The place is ideal for relaxing, with nearby convenience stores, restaurants, malls, and church. It is also student/reviewee friendly due to its peaceful atmosphere (we could barely hear the severe rain and thunder outside during Typhoon Kristine). Aside from that, the host is quite friendly and accommodating. Thank you, Ms. Bel! We will definitely book again next time.

A great unit. The building is a bit older, but it's well maintained. The unit is in a very good shape. The building staff are polite and professional. The hosts are easy to communicate with and responsive. I enjoyed my stay, and I recommend staying here. The only thing that could be improved is the television - it never worked from the day I arrived, but I hardly ever watch TV, so it didn't really bother me.

very very personable....she spent an hour visiting me at the location....went over most everything....very thorough.....if it's vacant my next time to davao...clearly my first choice....and I've been todavao many times
