We had a great staycation! I love the condo unit. The place is super neat and relaxing. Bed is so comfy. The unit is facing in front of the pool, what a great view! I wish we could’ve stayed for longer days. Worth every penny. Smooth check in and check out process because Ms. Paula already gave us a clear and concise instruction. Definitely booking this place again if we decided to go back. Will recommend this place to my friends. Thank you Ms. Paula, one of the best host in Airbnb.

Miss Julien is very responsive even late night if I have questions she answers it. Also, the place is very peaceful and room is very clean all the linen smells good. We enjoyed our stay there.

I would absolutely stay here agian. They are great about responding to messages. The book they left tells you everything you could ever need to know. There was a washer and even a oven! Its the 1st oven I have seen in Cebu! I had no problems with bugs and the rental was clean. I will be back. . Also the little restaurant across the street has the best Sisig and pork BBQ I have eaten at a restaurant. My Filipa Wife's Momma is the #1 but who can compete with Momma!

Sir Carlo's place is in a quite and peaceful neighborhood. The AC is fully functional we had a comfortable stay. The free gated parking space is definitely a plus. Also, the caretaker, Kuya Bernie is kind and very attentive to the tenants. Thank you for letting is stay at your place.

The place was very clean and had a lot more amenities than I expected. It is easily accessible and very secure.

We had a great stay. Spacious apartment, love the view, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. Opposite the house a convient store that stays open til late night. Free drinking water (container) in de kitchen. Easy access to the centre of Baguio by jeepney and taxi, but also walkable. Value for money.

As always and will forever be, an absolute sanctuary for our weary bodies and spirit after full day of meetings, appointments and farm visits. It always rejuvenate and recharge us for another day of similar activities be it in Bacolod/Negros or at another Island of Panay. The Sylvo-therapy (forest healing/therapy) and the grounding/earthing one can get by being at the yard is already worth the price of the stay. The prompt and almost butler like services the staff are extending made our stay awesome. Looking forward to stay and recharge at Amare again soon.

I stayed at Mentor Moore’s home for a month and had an excellent experience with no issues at all. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—highly recommended for both short and long stays.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

We loved staying at The Firefly Villa! The villa itself is very large. There is 3 large bedrooms each with their own bathrooms, very large 3rd floor with a library filled with books, nice outdoor covered patio, very nice private pool area and a large elevated viewing platform to watch sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. It is located in a very private and peaceful location as well. The host, Arlene, provided excellent communication before and during our stay. She booked our car rental and tours for us which made things easy. She quickly answered any questions I had also. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Bohol!

I stayed here for 30 days while attending an English academy. The neighborhood was quiet, allowing me to rest well, and the room condition was quite good. Among everything, the speaker became my precious companion. Although Netflix was available, this speaker kept me company throughout the month, making my stay much less lonely. The house also had excellent soundproofing, so no matter how loud the volume was, it couldn't be heard from outside. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. They even helped me get medicine when I had an upset stomach. I truly appreciate everything and will cherish the memories of my month-long stay. Thank you!

The house was spacious and exactly like the pictures, with large rooms, sturdy beds, and three bathrooms—super convenient for our group. Greg and Irene, the caretakers, were very helpful and proactive, even offering to buy items from the sari-sari store. The WiFi was strong, and the fridge/freezer worked great for our needs. The kitchen island was a perfect spot for family meals and conversations. The dirty kitchen was well-equipped with a gas range and large rice cooker. The bathrooms had heaters, and there was a WiFi extender in the master bedroom. A few suggestions for improvement: adding hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, having Netflix on the TV, providing a printed WiFi password for the upstairs, and ensuring the remote has working batteries. We also didn’t get the exact address until 11 minutes past check-in, and the slippers policy was unusual—especially with marble floors and central AC. Overall, a great stay.

Good place for big groups. It would be nice if there were curtains downstairs. Since the front is all glass, I'll see you downstairs when it's nighttime.

This is my 3rd stay at Danilo’s unit. The unit is a quick walk to Gateway malls, SM, Ali Mall, Farmers Market, restaurants, shopping - in the heart of Cubao. The unit is spacious, love the 2 bathrooms, AC, and the very convenient in and out access. The condo is in a very safe area, with very courteous 24/7 Security Guards at building entry. Strong WiFi and cable. Very easy check in and out. Thank you Lucy! Grateful for Danilo’s flexibility in allowing early check in due to our early flight arrival. Would stay again next time. Thanks Danilo.

Had an amazing birthday stay at La Bella, specifically at Anya’s Haven! The place was so beautiful, perfect if you love nature and a peaceful retreat. The unit was super clean, has small balcony, smelled really good, and had complete toiletries, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were all so accommodating and made us feel right at home. They were really helpful with all our requests, and the host was very responsive to my messages. We truly appreciated their hospitality! Overall, it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back with family. Highly recommend Anyas Haven for a cozy and peaceful getaway!

My son and I had a great stay. We loved going down to Tapsi Boi in the mornings for breakfast. Pool was so nice. You have the area to yourself in the mornings, so nice. You can walk to the mall, but it's very hot and just as easy to get Grab. Definitely get the Grab app. People at the property were so nice. Everytime I went to the pool I would talk to someone new. Loved having a washer available. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. A/C worked great. The condo is about 1hr from the airport. Traffic is crazy. Lanie responses quickly, thank you for that... Pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning...3 elevators, so never a long wait. 8 th floor corner condo with huge windows so you have great views. There is a place below that does have music between 8-10 pm. If you want to sleep before 10 bring ear plugs or like me I have sleep sounds on my phone.

I had a wonderful time in my stay at Sheila's place. It is located right behind Ayala Serin Mall. Very convenient for all of my shopping needs. A little noisy at times from the traffic down at street level. I would like to have had some closet wardrobe space for all of my suitcase clothes. All in all, I did enjoy my stay there and would book again.
