Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Philippines

Very nice and comfortable! The caretaker Jun was so attentive and responsive. i love that the place was so clean, surroundings was peaceful, pool is nice and warm. The host Pau and Joy were so thoughtful to have a buko pie in the ref as welcome snack to guests. Love it.5 stars all around!

The place truly felt like a home away from home. We had an amazing stay! It's the perfect get away from the hectic city life for a little while. The place was as shown in the photos, clean and comfortable, and all ammenities listed were provided to us during our stay. The place is easy to find and also very convenient since it's only a few mins drive away from the nearest grocery store. Would definitely like to come back here with my family next time 🫶

We had a great time with the family at Cedara Home, there’s much to do, we enjoyed the videoke, kids were playing video games while all the rest are having fun at the pool. Complete kitchen needs were provided and the house was so clean and has a charm of its own. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends and relatives.

Fantastic spot amount the chaos of general luna, Only downside was the ceiling fans in the outdoor area being out of action, had a couple of pedistool fans in place though. Pool was cleaned regularly and was at a perfect temperature. Aircon in the rooms was super cold and worked a treat, just what we wanted. Host helped arrange transfers to and from locations, super helpful. Would recommend, seeing other accomodation that friends were staying at, this one was a clear winner.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was peaceful and quiet plus the rainy weather made it more relaxing to just sit and talk. They have complete kitchen utensils which was great since we made a home cooked meal during our stay. The convenience store is close if you need anything else. While we were all looking for the bathtub on the unit since everyone got so excited, we felt a but disappointed that it’s not there, prolly it was being fixed. Overall, we had a wonderful time in tuki nest and would love to come back.

Very nice as others have mentioned. It’s actually nicer than the pictures show. We enjoyed our stay and will return. It’s outside of the city and in a peaceful place. They were very accommodating for our wishes. We did not use the kitchen but it has most everything you would need and is located out on the beautiful patio overlooking the pool. It’s very spacious with a nice large tv to relax. The pool area is resort quality. It looks like two separate rooms in the pictures but it’s all just one room for the guest to stay in. Highly recommended.

Victoria is a very accommodating and responsive host.All my inquiries and concerns are responded to immediately and she is easy to talk to. I used Redbeach house infanta quezon as the waze pin but we still missed the front gate of the resort. Better use the waze pin Victoria has mentioned and look out for a Red flag. I suggest to have a bigger signage with bigger font that says Redbeach house. the caretakers are very polite and accommodating as well.They graciously prepared us a boodle feast upon our request,so thanks very much. the resort is such a gem! My entire family loved it! it is so big,spacious and clean.the only downside is the water supply on the bidet and showers are not that strong and If you have an electric mosquito/fly zapper,please do bring them as it tends to have lots of flies if you eat outside. overall, the resort is so worth it! It is beachfront, and we were able to enjoy the banana boat offered on the nearby resort. Most of all, it is PET FRIENDLY!!!! 😊😊😊

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to great local spots. I especially appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, fast Wi-Fi. Would absolutely stay here again!

Had a great stay. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully Japanese-themed—perfect for a relaxing break. Loved the peaceful vibe and comfy setup with lots of things to do (Online Streaming platforms, PS5 Console, and Board Games). Host was friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a truly wonderful stay at Myrna’s place! Everything was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Myrna went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—she even provided complimentary drinks, fresh fruit, and snacks, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Check-in was smooth, the place was clean, and it was within walking distance of one of the local tourist spots. The beach was right in front of the house, which was a real highlight. We were just a bit surprised by the blackout, but everything else was amazing! We've already recommended the place to friends and family who are planning to visit Bantayan. Thank you so much!

We stayed here for over a week as a family of five, including two kids, and had a great experience. There are three things I'd like to highlight. Location- The unit is conveniently connected to Uptown Mall, making it easy to access a wide variety of dining options and cafés. Booking a Grab ride was also quick and hassle-free. The Unit- The space is generous, with plenty of room for sleeping and moving around, even with our luggage. It was comfortable and well-suited for a family stay. The Host- having a host who is very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions is absolutely a plus. Thank you, Cathy, for being so accommodating and understanding throughout our stay. The properties you manage will be our go to when we return to BGC!

The place we have stayed in is a true hidden gem. Cosy and impeccable. It was provided with all of the listed amenities and the place was squeaky clean. This was my second time staying here. If I will ever be around in Manila again in the future, this will the place I would love to stay in again. Thank you, Matthew!

Once I was able to get a hold of my wifi, check in was easy and all directions and information was useful. The bed was comfy enough and I loved the balcony view--even though it was rainy for about half my stay. It was a bit farther from the airport than I initially thought, but still reasonable and I enjoyed having easy access to a spa and massage the night I arrived. Overall, a good stay!

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

12/10. No kidding. Elmer’s place was incredible. Checked in super late and was in no mood to get dressed up to go out and eat, and was beyond grateful that the pantry was filled with food I can buy. Totally a lifesaver. Place is really close to IT Park and Ayala Terraces which is a great bonus. Incredible place, really. Would (hopefully) book again when I’m back in Cebu.

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The private pool was absolutely amazing and the house was spotless. Jin was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

The price says it all and was totally worth it. Aside from its scenic view, kitchen equipments are complete. We were provided by enough beddings including a well maintained sofa bed. A trip wouldn’t be complete without a fast internet connection. Thus, Nomads heaven has a stable Wifi connection in which we can watch Netflix & YouTube anytime we want. Lastly, we were given free tea and have been provided body wash. It was totally spacious inside as well as lots of supply of drinkable water. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nomads heaven without a bit of doubt. The host was always responding when we asked some concerns & very accommodating. Superb!

Although, we had trouble finding groceries or outdoor restos of our preference, the space was our best accomodation yet, and ate Melai was really helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the pay!
