Dies war unser erstes Airbnb überhaupt: Es hat uns auf den Bildern sofort gefallen und entspricht exakt dem, was dort zu sehen und wie es beschrieben ist. Ein Hotelzimmer in dieser Größe, Ausstattung und mit diesem Ausblick kann locker das 10-fache kosten. Da wir keine Hotelservices wie ein Frühstück oder einen Hotelpagen benötigen (weil wir gerne auswärts essen und eigenen Aktivitäten nachgehen), ist ein Airbnb auch einfach die Beste Wahl. Dennoch bekommt man im Nachrichtencenter in der App alle erforderlichen Informationen vom Besitzer vorab zugeschickt. Ebenfalls werden Fragen jederzeit schnell beantwortet. Sehr gute Bars (Verified Rooftop Bar), Restaurants und Malls wie das Ayala Center mit den Terrassen sind einfach und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Gegen eine kleine Gebühr kann man rund um die Uhr einen Stellplatz in der bewachten Tiefgarage bekommen - absolut Super! Diese Unterkunft bekommt eine 100% Empfehlung von uns und wir werden sie in Zukunft wieder definitiv wieder buchen!

Probably one of the best Air BnB’s we have stayed in. The location was perfect, the apartment itself was beautiful, and obvious that the owner takes pride in taking care of the unit. But the best part I think are the people involved in taking care of the guests for this apartment…Heather, Janella and Tata…you made our stay very pleasant. Thank you!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was very clean, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially appreciated the beautiful views and the overall sense of safety in the area—it felt like a peaceful and secure place to unwind. The only downside was that finding the location was a bit confusing, even with the provided instructions. It took some extra time to figure out how to get inside, which was a little frustrating after a long journey. Once I got settled, though, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're comfortable navigating a bit on arrival. Great spot overall!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tes’s place. Aside from being really nice and comfy, it was also really well thought out. Some of the things we loved: power sockets by the side of the bed for easy charging, as well as handy nook by the bed to keep small things, plenty of hooks for towels and such, a rack for hanging wet clothes/ swimwear, and most importantly, toys for kids (my kids loved these in particular). Tes was a great host and kept us informed with detailed instructions throughout the trip. I especially liked the convenience of being able to register inside Pico De Loro because the owner made himself available. All in all, 5 stars plus!! Already looking to book our next trip at this place. Thanks Tes and Monching for a really great stay!

The unit was really beautiful. When we entered, all we could say was “wow”. We also had a very smooth check-in. It’s different from the usual airbnb experience you get here in Eastwood. This one gives you that elite feeling at an affordable price (maybe cause we got it at a discounted rate) The work desk with a view was a +++++++ The only problem was the internet cuts off from time to time when inside the rooms but overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a great stay. The place was spotless and was just as pictured in photos. Convenient walking distance to Greenbelt and restaurants, highly recommended!

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The private pool was absolutely amazing and the house was spotless. Jin was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning Airbnb with the best modern and luxurious setup ever. Everything was in top condition and looked exactly like the photos—so clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. The reclining couch and soft mattress were my personal favorites—pure comfort! The aircon was perfectly cold, and we couldn’t get enough of the amazing view. The whole unit felt so exquisite and thoughtfully designed. We also enjoyed the PS4, and the mini grocery was super convenient. Hosts were kind, responsive, and very hands-on. 10/10 experience—highly recommended!

Although, we had trouble finding groceries or outdoor restos of our preference, the space was our best accomodation yet, and ate Melai was really helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the pay!

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x

The place is very private, we have 2 pools to ourselves. We have the freedom to do what we want to do, no restrictions. Ms. Catherine is very responsive and she is like a genie, she grants all our requests from bingo cards to fresh coconut juice. All in all, Ms. Catherine is a wonderful host. Highly recommended.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

The place and ambiance inside is great. The thing is when you enter the property there are 2 stairs so old people or disabled are not advisable to stay to this property.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

I really love how Miss Pam and Co-host prepared the place for us. I had no problem with my stay. However, the check-in time is a bit later than usual and it was hard for us since we are not familiar with the place and i had a senior citizen with me. Nonetheless, i had a great time staying in their place, very accessible to convenience stores, tourists spot, foods chains and mall

The owner was very accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and the place felt safe. You’re allowed to cook and have guests over. Whenever you need something, the owner is easy to talk to and genuinely helpful. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. It’s also close to tourist spots and the beach. That’s why I highly recommend this place—I really enjoyed my 12-day vacation here. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Catanduanes. Thank you! 🙏

The property is really clean, just like in the pictures. The house feels like home. The airconditiong is very comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom downstairs, it was very spacious, with walk-in closet and plenty of drawers. I love the chandeliers and the bathroom walls. The gas stove and the cooking area by the pool is very practical, it made food prep easy. The swimming pool is good size for our group, it can be heated for extra fee. The caretaker, Obet, is helpful.
