We loved our stay at the accomodation! It was like a private resort. The staff were super friendly. As the complex is remote and in the nature, it is expected that there are animals/insects but in the apartment was equipped with a mosquito net which we could put on the bed, which we highly appreciated!

Potpot s’est occupé de nous comme des rois avec chaque jour de petites attentions ; des chocolats chauds quand il pleuvait, de l’aloe vera quand il a vu qu’on avait attrapé un coup de soleil, de la mangue quand il faisait très chaud… de plus sa cuisine est extraordinaire ! Nous y sommes allés tous les soirs de notre semaine sur Camiguin. C’est vraiment le meilleur restaurant de l’île avec un prix plus que raisonnable. Si nous avions pu, nous serions restés plus longtemps… merci à lui mais aussi à toute sont équipe pour avoir rendu notre voyage sur l’île magnifique ✨

We had an amazing week at Aidan’s place as a family of 11. Aidan helped us to arrange transportation to/from Manila with private pick up and speed boat. It takes almost 10 minutes to house from the dock but John John, the staff responsible for shopping and the boat helped our youngs and elderns to reach the house everytime we wanted to go to the dock with his ATW. There are 5 friendly on site staff at the house. Ate Jane is the manager of the staff and the chief of the kitchen. She prepared womderful food for us. We had full American breakfast, lunch and diner at the house and everyting was spectacular. We had bbq and fresh catches from the local sea. Marilou helped us for the service and she was super fast and kind. Crew never made we feel like we need privacy. Everytime we needed them they were ready to help and everytime we need time for ourself they were standing by at their own place. Nori&Fred kept the pool and garden always clean. Highly recommended and special thanks to Jane.

We truly felt at home during our stay. Kuya Ronald was always warm and accommodating, greeting us with a smile whenever we needed anything. The WiFi was a bit spotty at times while I worked, but overall, I was still able to do my tasks without any issues. The place was well-equipped with appliances, so we were able to cook some of our meals, which made the experience even more homey.

I recently stayed at Balay By The Sea for my birthday retreat, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Nestled near Vigan, this picturesque hidden villa is a peaceful haven—perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise and reconnect with nature and themselves. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The villa is beautifully designed, blending rustic charm with modern comfort, and the view of the sea is absolutely breathtaking. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully curated, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee with a view was the perfect way to start each day. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday special, and I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and meaningful celebration. If you’re looking for a quiet, soul-refreshing getaway near Vigan, I highly recommend Balay By The Sea. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience that stays with you.

We were a group of 12 on a Holy Week break - 3 families with teens and young kids- and rented Balai LaHi as well as the Sunrise Room. This place overdelivers in spades!! When we weren’t enjoying the beach out front, we lazily lounged around the house. There were many different areas to chitchat, reconnect, play board games; and equally many quiet corners to read a book, crochet and take naps. The hosts, Cholo and Tor, were amazing - they helped us arrange services for a cook and kitchen helper; provided us with great directions and restaurants to try, shared Lenten schedules and personal tips to enjoy the festivities. But beyond helping with logistics, they were always warm and welcoming and made us feel like long-time friends instead of transient guests. All in all, it was a wonderful stay - we came for the Moriones of Marinduque, but we will return for Balai LaHi. It was the easily the highlight of our trip!

This is has been our go-to place whenever we visit Bolinao, which like in every 2 years. We like that it's private, although, there were less resorts beside it a few years back, now we can hear the videoke sessions in the nearby resort. The entire house is enough to fit 11 of us, they put on extra mattresses already. All the cooking utensils needed were provided, even the towels and the water for the dispenser. Mang David, the caretaker, was extemely helpful and courteous. He was also present whenever we were at the beach. What makes us keep going back aside from the comfortable and beautiful house, it's the beach with its white sand. I hope that Bolinao maintains the cleanliness in the shore. I noticed that more trash were washed ashore during lowtide. Will go back soon.

We enjoyed our time staying at Amber’s! The house was clean and comfy. Summer vibes on point which made our stay even more relaxing. We loved the interiors too. Going there was quite a challenge since it rained that day. Thanks to our gracious Hosts! Overall, we had an incredible time and we’ll surely recommend this place.

Die Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage direkt am Meer, die offene Küche, die Zimmer und der Pool haben uns total geflashed. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar süße Restaurants und wenig andere Touristen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden, der ein tolles Strandhaus mit viel Ruhe möchte.

Our family had a great time at Tirta Shores. Easy check in and check out. Ate Lolit was friendly and just one call away. The amenities were endorsed properly. In daytime, we loved using the kayak and paddle boards available at the resort. Even the kids had fun since life vests were provided. The view during sunset is stunning. The only downside thing is that the aircon unit of the Master's Bedroom of the Pool Villa is quite weak, the kids were somwehat sweaty even at night. Overall, it was fun and such a cozy place to stay with love ones. :)

A fantastic place if you like nature and serenity. We booked this room for our staff as a team catch up (we had another unit here) and we all agreed it was an excellent spot. If you're coming all the way to OcamOcam, this is literally the best place. Amazing views, sunsets, pool, and the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and all are very approachable and friendly Highly recommended for nature lovers. Food options are a little limited, but you can always fill your belly- between the cook, ordering from the 2 local restaurants (who deliver) and extensive kitchen, food is available. Excellent host Maridel and property manager Mylene, good Starlink internet, and a huge pool, right in front of the ocean for snorkeling, swimming and boat trips, you really can't get better.

Beautiful cozy house in front of the marine sanctuary. Location is perfect to approach the beach, and also easy to move to other part in the island. If I come to Siquijor again, I would definitely come back to this place :)

I wanna start by saying it is my first time booking a place that looks exactly the same as the photos being advertised/listed. It is worth every penny! I love how homey and modern it is. The rooms and bathrooms are well maintained! Loved the kitchen too! Oh my and the staff were so helpful and kind. I would love to go back again. My husband and I enjoyed a 2 nights stay and wishing we could extend more. This will be on my fav lists for sure. Thanks to Diego as well for being responsive and for giving us all the info needed. 10/10 would recommend!

Highly recommended! What an amazing find! It was our first flight home in such a long time and found this gem. Had a private and relaxing time with family. We had ordered our food there for dinner and it was delicious. Pet friendly as I have my precious baby with me. We booked the canyoneering with them and we got picked up and dropped off, the canyoneering was amazing with the tour guides being wonderful and the lunch was awesome. The owner was hands on and friendly. All in all it was a wonderful experience in this place and we will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

Byron’s place was big enough for us, and we had a lot of fun staying there. The beach was right in front, and the surroundings were incredibly peaceful. We were able to cook, enjoy a great dinner under the stars, and spend quality time relaxing—both individually and as a group. The furniture and appliances were thoughtfully chosen, considering the needs of families and groups of friends. Byron and the caretakers of the house were very responsive. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend!

The place was as described in the listing. The beach was very clean, although the waves were quite big for swimming. Good thing the place had its own private pool. Ms Jing was very responsive and helpful. They helped us get supplies that we needed from the local market.

House has this old, ancestral vibe. It is very spacious. Kahit magtakbo-takbo ung bata pwede. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious too. Medyo maalikabok lang ung tables inside when we arrived and ung floor pero understandable coz of location lalo na sa labas ng house is sand. Nakaseparate ung kitchen but very clean and halos lahat ng need mo andun. Even the ref is very clean. Medyo hassle lang kasi magkabilang dulo ung kitchen and dining pero they have a cart naman you can use to bring the food and stuff to and from the dining. Sophia is a very nice host. Very responsive. She didn’t get tired of answering my querries. Ate Anita was a great help too.

Great communication from the host. Answered all our queries in a timely manner. It made it so much easier to plan our trip. Great communication with their caretaker as well. We had no issues with early check in and any and all needs while we were there. Kawayan itself, and the property it sits on, is a piece of heaven. If I were any fitter, I’d have no complaints, but since I’m not in shape, the short descent to the beach is a test. 😂 You have to earn the right to all that lovely seclusion. The fishermen dock here and they sometimes sell their catch. Nothing like fresh inihaw and tinolang isda by the ocean. Also, since it is summer, it happens to be jellyfish season. They usually come in the late afternoon. But the waters are so clear and so calm, you see them coming. Educational for my daughters, who have never really observed jellyfish. We will be returning. Bonus tip: Establish early communication with Maritess. She is an awesome cook and can help you source anything!

Pamela was great to work with and her staff on the Island were amazing. the Chef is top notch and the food and beverage helper was responsive and tended to all of our needs. all of the staff was very accommodating and very friendly. The island itself is a piece of heaven... opening the door of our guest house would reviel a perfect beach setting with no noise except the sound of waves on the beach and birds in the trees. I have never been to a more magical and peaceful place than this one. I am a diver and love snorkling and free diving... if you head out to the edge of the shallows where the depth drops there are amazing coral blooms and sea life. Magical! you "do not" want to miss this experience!

We spent 1 wonderful, relaxing week at the Soulcamp. The beauty of the place is stunning, Eli and Pascale have created a little paradise and are just great hosts. The food is delicious with the freshest ingredients from the sea and the garden. We relished every single meal and gave each one a personal Michelin star. We had great help with organising transport, boat trips and getting recommendations for activities nearby. Truly a place for the soul!

Amazing place! It was so peaceful with the best views all day. We love that it’s pet friendly as well. JJ, the caretaker was super helpful and kind. The pictures do not do the beauty any justice. I would highly recommend this place!

There is the very nice quite place. Excellent service, amazing nature and marine life around, beautiful coral reef where we saw turtles, colorful corals, different fishes, crabs, squids and other sea animals. David is a very intelligent person, it was very nice to go to dive with him. Cliff, Genny and other staff are very friendly and open-mind, it was easy to communicate with them. Around this place a lot of different dive sites, including Japanese wrecks, amazing coral reefs and islands. Hope we will come back to this resort, thank you all for your hospitality and warm welcome!

Mark and the team made our stay really easy and comfortable, any issues, concerns, requests once communicated was fixed or sorted out straightaway. Staff were friendly and had genuine smiles when we arrived. The house was cool and perfect respite on the hot day we arrived. I would stay again. 😊

Very Back to Nature Filipino Experience. My Filipina was very happy with it. Great view of the sunsets which we enjoyed every night. Edelyn took very good care of us. When we needed someting the response was always quick. We visited the Inambakan Falls and they were beautiful. Much more to explore. Our kids enjoyed the pool, hammocks, and TV. The bedrooms were air conditioned and very comfortable.
