I would highly recommend staying at Philomena’s condo. It was exactly as described, easy to access, and accessible to many parts of the city with ease. I feel like this listing is a steal; we had zero hassle and Philomena was extremely communicative and available for any needs or concerns we had. 11/10!

The Airbnb was beautiful, exactly as described and my stay was peaceful. The outdoor lounge in the middle is a great spot to hang outside. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this Airbnb overall!!

Great location and very beautiful place located right near Independence Hall. Beautiful view and a very comfortable place to enjoy a visit to Philadelphia.

Parking was an issue. Unfortunately there is no designated parking and after one outing the closest parking spot available was over 1/4 mile away. Otherwise the stay was as described/expected.

We had a great weekend at Jacob's place! We attended concerts at the sports complex area and this was only about a ten minute uber. Very clean and inviting, looked exactly like the pictures listed. Area is definitely much quieter than other places I have stayed. Parking was never an issue, each day we were able to leave and come back to the same spot out front. Jacob was very quick to respond to any message I sent him. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for a business trip and found it to be conveniently located. The host was very responsive and everything was clean and well described. Some of the people above and below can be quite loud at times in the night but something to expect in an apartment home.

The breathtaking views of Philadelphia were truly unforgettable, especially at sunrise and sunset. What made the experience even more special was the host—so extremely accommodating, kind, and truly a joy to work with. From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and welcoming. It felt like staying with a friend who genuinely cares about your comfort and experience. I highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a high-end, memorable stay in Philadelphia. Ivona was a great host. The place was easy to get into, very spacious and clean. It honestly felt like I was home. Area is awesome, a very short drive to Philly, I believe trains are available too. 100% recommend.

I Absolutely loved this place—by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully put together and made it feel like home, right down to the same coffee maker I use myself. The soft rumble of passing trains actually felt soothing, even for a light sleeper like me. I started off using earplugs but quickly found myself relaxing into the rhythm. Can’t wait to come back.

Johanne’s hospitality and her estate was absolutely stunning!!! Myself and my guest enjoyed everything about the place. Spacious rooms, the back porch was immaculate, the swimming pool was everything, and the rooms were like apartments in each space. I would definitely recommend renting Miss Johanne’s property for your Philly stay.

House was exactly as described. Super easy to check in and out. Convenient to Philly. Grocery stores and pharmacies within minutes of the house. The host made sure we knew they were available if needed. The house rules were easy to find and follow. When another event brings me back to the Philly area, I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Very enjoyable stay.
