Come and join us for an intimate and educational experience on the day and the life of an Alpaca caregiver! We provide an opportunity for people 5 and older to feed, occasionally pet, halter train and a guided walk with Alpaca and Llama! In addition we will share some unique and educational information regarding camelids! We may also stop to greet our unique and crazy flock of chickens! Brewery Tour & Tasting
Learn about the brewing process, Philly's brewing history, Dock Street's 30+ year history, and some of our most memorable beer recipes (Wu Tang Clan beer, anyone?) on this unique tour of our brewing facilities at our flagship Dock Street South. During this, we'll sip-and-savor a flight of 6 fresh beers from our draft list. I will tell you about our recipes, the ingredients, and the inspiration behind our beers. You'll get a Dock Street logo pint glass to take home as a souvenir! Other things to note: - We suggest all guests are at least 21 to have the full experience (i.e., the flight of beers!) Tip/tax included but additional tips are appreciated! No refunds for cancellations with less than 24hrs notice. - Our Airbnb tours are limited to a max of 15 people on the tour, so you'll have plenty of time to hear the tour, get up close and personal with the brewery, enjoy the beers, and have fun!
Artisan Sourdough Bread Workshop
After arrival and introductions, we'll start the process by showing you how to properly slash your dough and get it into the oven. this will allow our first loaves to bake and cool in time for sampling, because who wants to attend a sourdough class and not get to eat any of it? :) Next, we'll begin the process of mixing ingredients, going over the recipe and process. during the periods when the dough will be resting ill conduct a demonstration for a fun live cultured beverage, you can make at home or simply enjoy it during the baking class. Since there is so much time involved in producing a loaf, I'll be moving along with the steps as quickly as we can and spending most of the time between processes answering questions and explaining the why behind the techniques. classes typically last between 3-4 hours so light refreshments will be served throughout the class. You will leave class with, starter, instruction printout, a loaf of bread to bake the next and a bread proofing basket. Other things to note Let me know if you have any food allergies.
Whiskey Walk
Explore Downtown Pittsburgh with a whiskey history tour! You’ll learn why Southwestern Pennsylvania is considered the birthplace of American Whiskey, what the Whiskey Rebellion in Pittsburgh was all about, and how Prohibition affected the region in the 1920s. Scout out hidden former (as well as existing!) speakeasies around the city, and discover how whiskey has fueled political, labor and social movements throughout the region. Get to experience the revival of craft spirits in Pittsburgh and find out about the history of a local and family-owned distillery as well as the first privately owned liquor store in PA. We will begin tour with a variety of whiskey samples and end our walk in a restored Prohibition-era downtown speakeasy. This tour is roughly 2 hours long and approximately 1.5 miles of walking. Please note: a. This is NOT A BAR CRAWL but rather a whiskey history tour with a few tastings. b. This tour begins at 1049 Penn Avenue and ends at The Speakeasy at the Omni William Penn Hotel where locally and regionally produced whiskey will be sampled. c. Every participant will have to sign a waiver. d. Intoxicated Intoxicated people are not allowed on tour. No refunds will be issued in this case.
The Black Journey- Philadelphia Black History Walking Tour
The tour will commence at the Independence Visitor's Center with an introduction to the topic of Black History during the colonial period. You will hear about the role that Black Americans played in the founding of the nation. The group will continue to the President’s House and hear about the 9 enslaved people who were held there. The group will hear about Martha Washington's handmaid who ran away to escape slavery. At the next stop you will see where The Fugitive Slave Act 1793 was passed. The next stop is Congo Square where people of African descent held celebrations. It is also a potter's field where free and enslaved Africans are still buried to this day. The next stop is Mother Bethel AME Church. There is where the African Methodist Episcopal Church was established and is the oldest piece of real estate owned by people of African descent in the United States. You will hear about the liberation of a woman whose owner attempted to abduct her back into slavery and the trial of her rescuers. You will also see the traditional sites of Independence Hall, liberty bell, Congress Hall, and much more Other things to note Masks are required. We will be walking approximately 1.5 miles for the tour on uneven and cobblestoned surfaces. Please wear comfortable and sturdy footwear. We will continue the tour during light rain.

I will welcome guests into an after-hours coffee shop. First, we will share our personal experience with coffee. We will take turns telling stories of the first time we had coffee, and what it means to us now. Then, we will learn about coffee! We will learn about different roasts, origins, and preparations. Each phase will include a tasting and discussion portion. Guests will leave with a new appreciation for coffee. They will know the basics to make/find their perfect cup!
Learn to Roast Coffee in Philadelphia
Coffee roasting and tasting class: learn and see what is involved in the art of coffee roasting. I will provide a demonstration for guests by using a commercial-grade machine at a professional coffee roasting studio/lab. Guests will be able to participate on a hands-on level. I will show all the necessary and important steps throughout the coffee roasting process. Afterwards we will all taste the coffees together, try different methods of brewing, and more! This is a great activity for coffee lovers and everyone in between. It allows for unique interactions, conversations, new ideas, and the opportunity to learn so much that wasn't known or experienced before. The classes are always very fun and you will take something new (and coffee beans!) home with you.
Photoshoot experience in Philadelphia
So what we’ll do: I will meet you at one of the most popular locations in Philadelphia - near the Art Museum. This is a very interesting and beautiful building that fascinates with its great history. We will be able to take many beautiful photos near the museum. By the way, I know a lot of great places for photos there :) There is a nice park near the museum, which offers a view of the entire city. We will take many photos there with a beautiful view. Also, I'll show you the Perelman Building and we'll walk the local streets where you'll feel like a local and discover the real Philly vibe. Don't worry if you don't have much experience in front of the camera. I will help you pose and make the experience very easy, enjoyable and memorable. All my clients always praise me for easy communication, good atmosphere and the mood they get after. Be sure, that you will see several historical and interesting locations and get a great experience from the tour. After the experience, we can have a cup of delicious coffee at a local coffee shop and discuss the photos.
Espresso & Latte Art Class
Learn how to prepare espresso AND make latte art! We will go through the basics on how to achieve a great tasting espresso recipe. Then we will use those espresso coffees to make cappuccinos and also learn latte art techniques. This is a fun and interactive class for beginners and anyone who would like to learn how to create milk based drinks or improve their latte art skills.
Paint, Make & Take it!
Guest arrive and get settled in. Guest chose to paint either a wine glass, canvas, or wood plank at our studio. Guest are given step by step instruction from the beginning to the end of a chosen painting. Guest get to paint along with me or they can go rogue and paint whatever their heart desires. When guest complete their art it will be mostly dry by the end of their session, if not we provide blow dryers to speed up the process for those who have to get going. Our studio is always setup for painting. All art supplies (paint, canvases, brushes, easels, and smocks) needed to create the painting are provided. We also provide bottle water, and wine glasses. Other things to note We can accommodate couples, groups, individuals, families, and more. We are accessible via all local highways, and bus route 23 stops right outside our studio.

Photoshoot Experience in the Poconos
In this experience you’ll have an opportunity to explore the Poconos with a photoshoot. You will have 25 selects to choose from within 48 hours after the shoot. Cow cuddle and destress with rescue brown swiss cows
Cow Cuddling Therapy - Guests will meet and actively interact with docile, loving and affectionate rescue brown swiss cows, oxen and calves. Guests arrive to our Working Farm & Sanctuary, and are given an educational and fun tour by tractor or foot of the 350 acres, where they will be introduced to how humans, cows, the land and nature co-exist harmoniously. After the tour, guests are escorted to our newly constructed cow barn to lay in the comfortable straw with each of the cows as they rest and ruminate. This close contact and touch relieves stress and uplifts the spirit of the cow cuddler. This therapy is known as Koe Knuffelen and is extremely supportive of improved mental health. The experience concludes with a delicious plant-based / vegan meal prepared by the Sanctuary's Culinary Center from produce raised organically on the very same land and/or sourced locally from other farmers. The entire experience lasts 4 hours and costs $60 per person, $200 for 4 persons and for 5 persons and more, please call for rates.

Sanctuary Private Tour, Up to Ten People
Upon Arrival guests will be greeted by one of our co-founders or animal caregivers at our historic event barn. Guests will receive a brief introduction to the nonprofit and the property. You will be able to enter animal enclosures and meet some of the animal residents, while learning about animal agriculture and hearing some of the unique rescue stories at Tamerlaine. Many of our animals love human attention! Feel free to bring a picnic and enjoy lunch (vegan) while taking in beautiful views of the property. Learn about the lives of farmed animals and animal rehabilitation, while listening to unique and inspiring recovery and rescue stories that will warm your heart. There is parking on site when you arrive. Arrive 5- 10 minutes before the tour to fill our our waiver and use the restroom. At check out (1) ticket is applicable for a group of ten (10) or less. Hug A Highland
Hug A Highland allows guests to visit our family owned and operated farm to brush, love, feed, and take nonprofessional pictures with our Scottish Highlands and miniature donkeys! If wanted, guests can also take a look around our farm to learn more about beekeeping, cover crops, or agriculture in general.

Philadelphia History, Highlights, & Revolution Tour
On this tour, we’ll explore Independence National Historical Park and the Old City neighborhood to see a plethora of historical landmarks! Along the way, your guide will keep you posted on the history of these sites and fill you in on all kinds of useful info for your visit to Philly. After circling Independence Hall, we’ll make our way through other areas of the park. You’ll learn about the history of the Liberty Bell and how it has been used over the years. We’ll see Carpenters Hall, where the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was founded. Next, we’ll head to the Museum of American Revolution, which offers an incredible look at the stories, artifacts, and people that shaped the American Revolution. We’ll go inside to see a presentation of George Washington’s War Tent ( when your tour is over, you’ll be able to get a discounted ticket to see the rest of the museum). As we walk through Old City, we’ll also pass by some favorite sites outside Independence Park, such as Elfreth’s Alley (the oldest continuously-occupied residential street in the entire US), showcasing incredible architecture dating back to the early 1700s, the Betsy Ross House, named after a famous seamstress and flag maker who is said to have sewn the first ever American flag, Benjamin Franklin’s Grave (bring a penny to toss!), and the outdoor President’s House Landmark where Washington and Adams lived.
