Monthly Rentals in Phaya Thai

Amazing host is a nice home in the Ari area of Bangkok.

Booked 2 rooms for 6 nights straight, best decision ever. TK house is walking distance to 2 BTS station (Senam Pao or Ari), we can easily navigate our way to city center (Siam station) or chatuchak weekend market (Mo chit station). There’s 7-11 at the corner of the street and roadside food stall that should not be miss, the stall served delicious Thai meals. One of the highlight from this stayed is laundry service provided for guests, we have clean and fresh clothes to change daily. The room is well equipped with tablewares, microwave and fridge. However for light sleeper, vehicles passed by during late night period can be heard loudly especially motorcycles with loud exhaust noise. But we indeed have the best stay in Bangkok, will definitely come back.

The place was super cozy, and the host was really helpful and quick to reply whenever I needed anything. It’s close to Ari, which has lots of great restaurants and coffee shops, and the BTS isn’t too far either. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Bangkok.

We chose this place because of the promise of good wifi and an actual desk. (both of which can be hard to find) and the wifi was never a problem for doing work calls and the desk was comfortable for the full days I needed to work. The location was absolutely fantastic for getting around Ari easily and for accessing the BTS. It's nice to have walkable steets for both, which can also be rare in bangkok. Aparement was very well kitted out and very clean and we got the full tour on arrival and everything was explained.
