Vivimos en Múnich cerca de un hermoso lago, igualmente también tenemos cerca de una estación de s-Bahn (tren) que nos lleva en 15 minutos al centro de la ciudad y en el barrio tenemos supermercados, restaurantes, panaderías y heladerías. El lugar es cerca para conciertos y exhibiciones en Messe Munich, igualmente para escapar a los Alpes.

The architect made optimal use of the hillside location to the east for the apartment located in the basement. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Located on the second floor on the southern side of the valley, the apartment sits over the rooftops of the historic west suburb. In front of the historic Jura, the Kapellbach spring ripples, where plenty of rainbow trout flocks in the fresh spring water. Alteichstätter refer to the Kapellbuck-Idyll as Kleinvenedig des Altmühltal. Cafes, restaurants, public parking and the island bath are very close by.
