Great, with lots of charm (wood is great) and very family-friendly house. Everything is true, as Markus describes the host. Three adults and three kids had enough space and lots of fun in this house. Thank you. I would be happy to come back.

We stayed with a group of friends for a few days – and it was just great! The entire house was very clean, lovingly decorated and has a very special atmosphere with its unique wooden flair. The location directly on the water is fantastic and offers many opportunities for activities and excursions. A real highlight was the stiltsauna – an experience we will not soon forget! The host Michael was super friendly, very helpful and communication in advance as well as on site went absolutely smoothly. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for this great time!

We were very satisfied with our accommodation and felt very comfortable. Beautiful rooms, good amenities, great garden, foosball table, horse at your doorstep - all excellent. Martin also gave us a good introduction to get along in the smart home. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free and flexible. Is absolutely recommended and would also be very suitable with children.

We were traveling as a large family with 3 generations. I had to clarify two things in advance about traveling with a toddler and immediately received an answer and a helpful concession. Then we arrived and we ALL immediately felt at home. The apartment is beautifully located and really practical and cozy. Communication 1a. You are immediately on the Isar and can walk along the water to the city center. The garden is a real feel-good garden. The equipment for pastime for all 3 generations phenomenal - from picture book to Playstation to very traditional street chalk, grill and badminton and much more. I look forward to being able to stay here again at the next family reunion in Landshut. Thank you!!!

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable house with a great outdoor space. The kids loved the chickens, bunnys, and the trampoline. Lots of opportunity for kids to play and have fun. Very enjoyable for us grown-ups, too, with nice indoor and outdoor spaces and a decently equipped kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.

We had a wonderful break at Nicole's place. Perfect to escape the ordinary. Everything was right here, from the amenities to the room scent - just perfect! ☺️ We especially loved the quiet location and our highlight was definitely the sauna. We'll be back 🥳

Beautiful and modern apartment, which is originally furnished. Andreas always responds quickly, is friendly and helpful, a host as you would wish! All sleeping arrangements were comfortable, in the kitchen and bathroom everything for a pleasant stay available. in a very quiet location on the outskirts a nice accommodation. Down by the lake, you can rent bikes and explore the villages around the lake. The three of us enjoyed our stay.

I was able to accommodate three of our employees with Martina and Hermann, who have consistently expressed themselves positively about their accommodation. The check-in and the constant communication with Martina were easy and courteous. When my employees checked out, a small mishap occurred, which was very fairly clarified by both sides. Thank you so much for the hospitality and the great stay!

I highly recommend everyone to stay in this super comfortable space! Although it takes about 30-40 minutes to take public transport from the center of Munich, there are S-Bahn or district trains about every 15-20 minutes.It's less than 10 minutes from the residence to the train station, and it's harder to carry large luggage, but it's all worth it. Mike kindly welcomed us, and the listing was more comfortable than the photos!Spacious! Luxurious!They also have delicious welcome drinks/wine in the fridge, and everything you need is in the house. The only downside is that it's hard to leave the house, it's so comfortable😅

Had a wonderful week. Location top and the house was completely fine for us as a family with 3 sons of 16, 14 and 11. Highly recommended to use this, nothing to criticize. A fantastic host and we'd love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect for our needs. Communication with the hosts worked flawlessly The kitchen is solidly equipped, the apartment very clean and the surroundings quite quiet. The only minor criticism: there is no seating on the balcony. And the TV is about the size of a DIN A4 sheet (but did not bother us). We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back again when we are in Munich.

We had a lovely stay. The weather was very good, being able to cycle. Surroundings are beautiful, nice and quiet. Been to the end of our holiday to Adele's concert in Munich. In short, enough to enjoy yourself now that we are back at home.

We were passing through as a fanie with a three-year-old child and it has been completely sufficient and adventurous, you don't always sleep in a barrel. There was enough space to sleep, it was heated (we were there in April), the sanitary facilities are also very close, the sleep was also quiet, as it was in a rural industrial area and adjacent to a field. It was fun, thank you!

A really beautiful place, great location and the house is just amazing. I would recommend bringing your own pillows, especially if you're picky, other than that everything is amazing. thank you Corinna for the hospitality.
