We loved our stay at Nikolaus' house. The place was amazing, it felt full of history. The beds were comfortable and the bedroom had a lovely view out towards the mountains. The setting was so peaceful and away from all the tourist hotspots, but easy to get everywhere too. Nikolaos was a greast host - we arrived at 1am because of a delayed flight and he was up to meet us at the door. We also accidently locked ourselves out while sitting out on the beautiful terrace and he kindly arranged for us to be let back in again! Would definitely come back and would reccomend to anyone.

Natura Cottages is nothing short of magical! Tucked away in the hills behind the seaside village of Makris Gialos, this tiny community of rustic cottages, cut through with worn stone paths and flowering gardens, is as peaceful a haven as anyone could ask for. The cottages themselves are beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out to make the most of limited space, with a cozy but in no way cramped feel. Emma and her team are welcoming, communicative, and full of local recommendations. And the best perk of all—at the entrance to the cottages is the trail head for the stunning hike up through Pefki Gorge and on to the village of Pefki, a must for anyone who's physically up to a vigorous walk!

The villa was so beautiful, very stylish and fulfilled all of our needs for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Yannis and Zoe left lots of local treats for us to try when we arrived and the whole villa was equipped with thoughtful bits and bobs that were very handy to have! They also sent us a long list of local beach/food recommendations that was extremely useful! Etia is a lovely tiny hamlet and feels very special to have the chance to stay in, the surrounding ruins and landscape make the place private and quiet, perfect if you love nature. Thanks for a lovely stay, we'll be sure to visit again!

Our third year staying here. Very comfortable place. Kept very clean and tidy by Mrs Kokoo, very friendly helpful lady. Suits our requirements perfectly Very close to beach and all amenities. Nikos is always contactable and replies quickly. Only down side for some people may be the fact that is right next to a kebab restaurant that you have to walk through to get out if you want to leave out the sea facing side. The sea facing outdoor space is not very private due to this, and also people staying next door apartment can also walk through your outdoor area to get out . This doesn’t really bother us much, as we are out most of the time, but it may not be good for people who like outdoor space privacy to relax in. However we love this apartment and will return next year for sure!
