Monthly Rentals in Peter Bay Beach

Our first time to St John + we’re so glad we chose such a nice place to stay. David, the host, is very responsive + pleasant to communicate with. A few items to share: 1. As this was our first time we weren’t familiar with the roads + how steep + adventurous they are. David provided detailed directions but we managed to get turned around - so glad he replied within a minute of our message to him. He got us back on the right track! In preparation, review his directions + do not use an app. 2. The condo has the most incredible views. You’ll wake up to roosters as you look out over Cruz Bay. Stunning. The pool is less than a minute walk. 3. The condo itself is huge for 2 people. Favorite part was the 2nd bathroom (and we preferred the shower in the 2nd bath as the water pressure is better). The kitchen is well stocked. The TV is huge as well as the sectional couch. We were able to get caught up on Netflix shows after hanging on the beach each day.

Pink pineapples and bananas, out there but close enough, have a car or a rental, we were nighttime restaurant people but this Place put us right on island time. Loved the outdoor kitchen and environment. We “HAD!” To extend our stay 3 nights. St. John is, just come see. Definitely not a resort & no tourist. After doing it all every which way, pray I do it this way again. Thank you so much. Word of advice talk to Cory Lynn, very intelligent and offers great advice. We hope to be back soon. We had such an amazing time at Monic’s place. It was the perfect relaxing getaway. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool was so stunning The space was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. You can tell Monic really puts love into hosting, she was so helpful and responsive, and made us feel totally at home. Also, the location was great! There were so many good restaurants within a 10–15 minute drive. We tried a few different spots for dinner and every one of them was amazing. We left feeling so relaxed and recharged. Already talking about when we can come back. Highly, highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful spot with unforgettable view

From start to finish our experience with Ann Marie and stay at Ataraxia Cottage was fantastic! Ann Marie was incredibly communicative and responsive from the start, providing (extremely helpful!) guidance on getting on the car ferry in St Thomas and where to meet her to get to the cottage. The cottage itself was a dream - literally, we slept like logs on a wonderful mattress every night after busy days hiking and on the beach. The cottage provided the perfect haven for our stay - the kitchen is equipped well for small meals, beach chairs and towels provided, and we barely needed the AC - the ceiling fans were enough! We would and will absolutely return to Ataraxia and Coral Bay - slightly off the beaten track and still so easy to reach all parts of St John.
