We had a wonderful stay at the apartment with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills. Francesca was exceptionally kind and provided us with many helpful recommendations about local attractions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Our holiday began with a warm and spontaneous welcome that I would describe as unique rather than rare. Elisabetta not only knew how to put us at ease right away, but she did everything to make our weekend perfect. The location of the charming attic is undoubtedly strategic (a few minutes from Capalbio and close to Orbetello), but his advice and tireless availability proved decisive. Before leaving, we realized that it is a family quality, because we met her sister Julia, who showed the same kindness. In the attic, we found everything that could be useful for adults and children. Nothing was missing. We will return very soon for a longer stay.

Lovely place, curated in every detail. Outdoor it is exactly like the pics, inside it’s even better, with comfortable and cozy spaces. I cannot think of anything more we could have asked for. Thanks Ilaria Maria for hosting us, you are a role model for every airbnb owner!
