This space was perfectly located near beach, restaurants and bars. The host was communicative and supremely helpful in giving advice for places to go….clearly they love their neighbourhood. The apartment was cozy with a modern bathroom and thoughtful, sweet touches…..quiet and super clean. Absolutely loved it!

Functional apartment. Quiet place. Good beds. If you ski Majeletta and Passo Lanciano, the apartment is well placed. Very friendly and attentive host. He provides breakfast. A large parking place is provided. Depending how many you are, the ground floor apartment can be divided and rooms opened and closed. We were in the apartment in the back of the house. I think it is a good choice if you are many to be able to use more space and rooms.

The house is very spacious and has everything you need for a nice stay in Penne. The location is very good and the view from the top balcony is lovely. In advance, we received a very good and detailed description of the place and recommendations for restaurants and other things in the immediate area. This place can really be recommended.

The host proved to be very helpful both with regard to check-in time and with regard to advice on activities to do in the area, places to visit and places to have lunch or dinner. The house is located in the middle of the countryside with a breathtaking view of the Maiella and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We felt right at home!

Antonio was really super nice to us in everything, from check-in to check-out. He also supported us with tips to make the most of our vacation. More than once he came to see us to ask us how it was going. Very characteristic and well furnished house.

Beautiful retreat near Ortona. Big accessible yard with pool in beautiful at the end of a short private road. Andrea was very friendly from our arrival to our departure, he upgraded us to a bigger accommodation since we were the only guests. Our children play the yard using the soccer balls and nets made available. Easy drive to Ortona and near beaches. I would recommend this quiet little paradise to anyone visiting Ortona.

Casa Laura exceeded expectations. It is a beautiful, traditional home that preserves authentic details while affording all the modern conveniences that one might need, as listed in the description. As soon as we booked the reservation, Francesco sent links to local places of interest. Finding the house when we first arrived was a bit tricky, but Laura herself met us and led us there. She is a wonderful host. She made us feel welcome and gave us clear instructions about the house and information about the town. She gave us a walking tour of the town, introduced us to several people, and called the local (impressive!) civic museum to arrange a guided tour. This is the kind of place AirB&B should be, a place that connects people. Corfinio is a lovely small town, well connected to other places of interest and beauty in this part of Abruzzo.

Gianluca has extensively renovated the apartment, there are new windows in all rooms, the bathroom is new and beautifully furnished, most of the furniture is also new. Basic food is available, plus plenty of coffee and breakfast accessories. Gianluca recommended good restaurants and also some information about the area in the apartment.

We had 4 fabulous days, the house is in front of the sea and is wonderful, very clean and recently renovated. A fantastic terrace overlooking the promenade. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

My first solo trip to Abruzzo, but surely not the last! Fabrizio is very welcoming and available throughout the stay. His apartment is well located in a quiet area but close to the sea and the mountains. I felt safe in her home and spent pleasant evenings on the beautiful terrace. Very nice little village with a nice little cafe on the pretty little square. Everything was clean and nothing was missing for a pleasant stay. Great value for money. Very good advice from Fabrizio to buy wine from a producer in the village. Go there with your eyes closed. Visit Abruzzo, it is a beautiful region.

Lovely modern comfortable home. Lots of amenities. Felt right at home . Nice to have off street parking. Security very good too.

I stayed with my family in the "Roma" apartment from August 13 to 23. First of all, I express a sincere appreciation for the host, Hanspeter who, in addition to the kindness with which he welcomed us, throughout our stay made available proactively to facilitate and make our stay pleasant. The building is a villa on 3 levels, with three apartments (Rome, Kiev and Berlin) beyond the one occupied by Hanspeter and his family in the attic. You access the floors with a beautiful outdoor staircase. The house, recently renovated, is well maintained, with well-kept outdoor spaces that can be used by everyone. The newly-built pool is very attractive, with attention to detail, with hydromassage and depth up to about 2 meters. Very spacious apartment, with windows and balconies on all sides. Spacious and airy rooms. Beautiful and enjoyable for breakfast and dinner the terrace overlooking the pool. Bucolica the area, among vineyards and olive trees. Beautiful !

The location was perfect for us , we were only there for one night as we were traveling to another area of Italy. Very large, clean, secure parking a plus. We would recommend.

Spacious and airy house, in the countryside and in silence, very clean, with everything you need to relax. Also under the porch, in front of the olive trees. Great context - everything is very nice - but what matters most is the welcome of the landlord, Lino, who treats his guests as part of his family. I recommend the cottage and this corner of Abruzzo, the kindness of people, the beautiful sea. Go around random and be surprised, it's worth it

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. The owner and caretakers were easy to deal with and had great communication. We loved our stay and hope to be back. The house was amazing and the entire Australian downhill skateboarding team felt at home during our stay. The area is incredible and the views are breathtaking. Beautiful independent house equipped with every comfort. Recently renovated, it is located in a quiet area of the village. The room on the ground floor is very spacious, the one on the mezzanine is a little less but still functional. Great cleanliness and tidiness found. Privacy guaranteed with the possibility of returning one or 2 cars. There is also a wallbox for charging electric help. The two bathrooms have both shower and windows. Highly recommended for those looking for relaxation and reliable services.

Felice was warm and helpful, always an email away with any questions I may have or if I needed anything. The apartment is on the second floor you need to walk up 2 flight of stairs it was not an issue, the apartment was large and private, very clean and had all the amenities you would need. The location was perfect for me since it right in the middle of the two locations I needed to go. Its less than 10 mins from Teramo center and about 15 mins from Campli center. I really enjoy having a remote that would open the gate to the driveway. I could park my car in the driveway when I wanted and didn't have to bother anyone to open the gate. One other place I stayed I had to call the person each time I wanted to enter the gate and park my car, than tell them when I wanted to leave. This way I was free to come and go as I please. The washing machine was very helpful and did a good job washing my clothes. I air dyed my clothes in the apartment, not sure if there was a place to hang them outside, I didn't ask, but Felice can comment and let us know. There were plenty of outlets to plug in a computer or charge your phone. The apartment is newly updated and has modern light switches. Very nice place and would recommend it.

We stayed in this house at the end of July 2023. The house was well maintained and beautiful. The landlady was always friendly and helpful. Parking spaces were included and great. The house was fully equipped. we are as a family and for 7 two dogs were allowed to move freely. the dogs were allowed to move freely. only shortcoming that there were no air conditioners. so it was not so easy to sleep at night. however we give our best review. we highly recommend this! thanks for the great stay.

We were totally delighted with the very quiet location, the great view of the mountains, the large garden, Ms. Isabella is very helpful and always easy to reach, gives great tips about the area. We felt very comfortable. We were in Guardigrele at the end of August and heard the deer roaring at night. Great place to stay 🥰

A very positive experience! We were greeted by Daniela, who had contacted us a few days before to agree on the check-in time with great flexibility. She also kept the parking spot right in front of the entrance :) The apartment looks exactly as advertised, complete with amenities (we especially appreciated the coffee machine with the capsules available, the water in the fridge and the washer-dryer). Also try the owner's restaurant at the Marina.
