We had a wonderful stay in Mr. Giancarlo's apartment, a real corner of paradise immersed in the rolling Teramo hills. From our arrival we were greeted with great cordiality and availability, and we immediately felt at home. The real protagonist of this experience was undoubtedly the absolute peace that you can breathe in this place: the silence is interrupted only by the sounds of nature, and every morning we woke up with the singing of the birds and a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. It is the perfect place for those looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the city. The apartment is well cared for in every detail, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also ideal for exploring the surroundings, among characteristic villages, nature trails and proximity to the Adriatic Sea. We highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to regenerate in nature and rediscover the slow and authentic rhythms of the countryside in

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

The appartment was clean and just like it was in the pictures. We were three couples on our way to next destination and stopped only for one night. It was definitely worth it, we could have stayed longer. If you come by car, be prepared to search for the parking lot - it was quite sifficult for us with a big car. We got really good instructions before hand how to get in etc. The location was also perfect, close to restaurants and the centre. Also the sea is very close for a nice morning walk. I’m warmly recommending this appartment for families or groups of friends.

A unique house with a nice atmosphere, well-equipped, with lots of nice items and pictures. The garden, the terrace full of plants that are nicer than beautiful. You can tell it is cared for by careful hands, with love. We would love to come back.

Massimo gave us a warm and exceptional welcome, with a welcome drink, a full fridge, wine, cakes... Everything was available to us in the accommodation, including bath towels, shower gel, body milk and much more. The apartment is very quiet, 5 min. walk to the sea, and an ideal location to discover the Costa dei Trabocchi. Massimo is a very caring and generous person. He advised us on the visits to make and was very welcoming, including with our dog who received treats and there is even a dog bed on the balcony. We had a great stay, felt at home and were touched by so much kindness. Thank you Massimo, a place to recommend without hesitation.

I had already been in this house a few years back and had a great time. Also in this case, both check-in and checkout were very easy and Giovanni came against me for the times. The house is very spacious and tidy and, for what I could need during the 3 days of stay, I found everything I needed. The location is also very convenient: close to the village center (reachable in 5 minutes on foot) but still secluded. If there's a chance, I think I'll be back.

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

I stayed at Novella's place for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect home base for me to relax and recharge during my travels through Europe. It was a quiet village and a nice change of pace from the bustling cities that I had previously visited. I would say that I wish I had a car because I could have explored more of the Abruzzo region, but Pescara was easily accessibly by train for nice beach days. There is also a bus that runs frequently to go up the hill in Chieti for some museums, parks, and restaurants. The bus from Rome is about 2 hours, there are only about 2-3 a day but it was more reliable and quicker than the train. I enjoyed my stay and Novella was fantastic :) She was so kind and responsive the whole time I was there.

Domenico's home is lovely! The view from the garden of the sun setting across the fields is magnificent! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook, they have thought of everything! They even left nice little touches which were very kind, for example, i had my dog with me and it was a hot day and they put a bowl of water out for her upon arrival and one for me in the fridge, so so thoughtful and caring, thank you! The home is clean and the garden is gorgeous! It is in a really peaceful area with supermarkets a five mins drive away. I recommend this place, to any other solo female travellers, this place is safe and the hosts are lovely! They also have aircon in the kitchen as well as the bedrooms and they have mosquito nets too. The place is clearly loved and looked after. Thank you both so much! :)

The property is as described, kitchen is small but manageable. Parking is the best. The area is quiet and pleasant. The apartment is very clean and tidy. The host always replied promptly when we were in doubt. There are many trabocchi along the coastline.

What to say about Nadia's house… perhaps the most suitable thing is a return to the past when as children we went to the classic mountain houses with their smells and silences. Nadia's house is a 360º experience, because the house is warm and welcoming, it is quiet and has a spectacular view, especially in the evening over the valley. The fireplace then makes it magical as soon as it is lit. Nadia incredibly anticipates your every possible need and helps you with her availability. But what we think made everything 10 stars were also the incredible people we met. From the gentleman at the market, always kind and helpful, to Loredana at the “Rustica” butcher shop, whose husband brought us to his house giving us wood for the fireplace and embers (of course at home he also offered me a glass of wine) and she who booked the restaurant and whose meat is absolutely worth trying because it's special. In short, I highly recommend it and if we come back, it will obviously be here.

the accommodation is centrally located, easy to reach and close to all the necessary amenities, including the Majella Park information center. The host Eleonora was very kind and helpful in giving us advice. The b&by is equipped as if you were at home. Highly recommended

We stayed at Fabrizio's apartment for more than a month. Everything was absolutely perfect! Fabrizio's dad is a sweetest person, he helped us with literally everything ☺️The location is just top, there is a view of both mountains and the seaside from the terrace. You have pizzeria da Michele and amazing ice cream place just 5 min walk away, and there is even a supermarket in the building. Apartment is clean and spacious, there is everything you would need. 100% recommended!

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

Sebastiano is a very helpful host, he recommended several places to dine in addition to taking us to the beach on the first day recommending a comfortable street. The house has recently been renovated and offers all kinds of comforts. Located in the countryside, it is still very close to the sea. It's definitely a place I'd love to come back to.

We were only 2 min away from the sea. Quickly to the room was not an issue. Close to everything. Everything clean. You can't expect luxury for the money. If you want to cook, I would take a sharp knife with me. 2 toilets were already very beneficial for 5 people. We would come back. Thanks Ps. Windows go to the street. The Italians are awake early!

Perfect stay! We were two couples with three children, huge space in the house, equipped with every comfort and need. It is a perfect location to reach Passolanciano! Mr. Fiore was very kind and available for all our needs!

Probably the best place I've been through airbnb and the best host. The apartment is personal and cozy, with attention to detail. The packaged breakfast offered had a lot of possibilities.
