Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Pescara

We chose this accommodation for the location close to our relatives and we were fully satisfied, not only because we were able to move almost always on foot, but also because the apartment is really very nice and comfortable. Danilo's hospitality has also favorably impressed us, for the clarity and friendliness of communication and the ability to solve problems. The night we arrived there was a hitch because the lock on the front door broke, but Danilo handled the thing so promptly and well that we weren't stressed at all. Advantages of the Colli area: the square around the church of the Madonna dei Sette Dolori hosts real "pearls" in terms of typical restaurants and there is even a very good ice cream shop where people come from all over Pescara. Looking for a walk downtown? In five minutes you can reach the central parking "Area Result" where you can leave the car and venture into the large pedestrian area.

It's always a pleasure to return to Abruzzo! We stayed in 4 of us in Valentina's house for 5 days. The house is equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay without worries. We didn't miss anything at all. The house is located in a quiet place away from traffic and only 10 minutes from the sea. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. mr. Domenico was an absolutely impeccable host, always available to welcome our requests and responsive. The apartment was clean and as described. The area is very central, very convenient to the sea and just a short walk from the center. Highly recommended.

Slept really well there. It’s quite and the bed was super comfortable. All in all a great flat + the parking space makes it even better.

We loved our stay! The house was gorgeous and the location/view was one of our favourite parts. We felt secluded and sat out on the terrace for the majority of our stay - all day and all evening. The pool was great, especially when it's been so hot. We weren't aware the pool was shared with other guests but it didn't end up being an issue. We also had to buy all of our own salt/olive oil etc but again, not a big issue as we were there for 2 weeks. Riccardo was really friendly and great at communicating with me, he made it all very easy! Would definitely recommend :)

We received a warm welcome upon arrival at the beautiful Casa Giulietta. Jeroen and Els introduced us to their lovely rescue dogs and gave a full tour of the property. Included on arrival, as well as tea, coffee etc. was a hamper full of pasta, sauce and fresh bread. The fridge also stocked with various drinks, wine, fresh salami, jam and butter etc, very generous and plenty to get you started! There were toys for our child to play with and a trampoline in the enclosed garden. The mountain views are incredible and so is the peace and quiet! Amenities and some lovely towns within a 10/15 minute drive. Jeroen and Els are so accommodating and we would stay again for future visits. Thank you!

5 Stars – A Romantic Gem in the Heart of Abruzzo This cottage is an absolute dream! Tucked away just 5 minutes from Sulmona and 7 minutes from the postcard-perfect village of Pacentro, it’s the ideal romantic hideaway. Peaceful, beautifully styled, and surrounded by stunning countryside—it feels like your own slice of Italian heaven. Francesca has thought of everything. The house was spotless and incredibly well stocked—the fridge and pantry were filled with thoughtful touches that made our mornings easy and our evenings cosy. We enjoyed a mix of eating out at local favourites and cooking at home with gorgeous local produce. If you're thinking about booking—don’t hesitate. You’ll fall in love with this place just like we did!

The structure is newly built, modern style and with a breathtaking view. The living area is very large and bright. It was a very positive experience, I can only recommend it. Thanks also to the owner, who is always available.

Concetta is a special host, it puts our heart... Superlative hospitality!!! Spacious and bright apartment, equipped with practically everything, surgical room cleaning, antique style furniture with great taste, bookshelf with wide choice, star hotel services. Outdoor spaces surrounded by a bucolic landscape, equipped with a relaxation area among the olive trees, panoramic patio, manual barbecue area... everything is taken care of in detail. Unforgettable homemade sweets, the present with which Concetta gave us, and the special eye she had for our little one... Thank you for welcoming us, pampered and surprised... see you soon!!!!

Although, due to municipal problems related to water, we could not go to this house, Renato immediately provided us with a perfectly succeeding structure in Torre de' Passeri, without asking for surcharges, despite being considerably wider, and with equal comfort, air conditioning, private parking, two double bedrooms, spacious living room, equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. Great experience, both from the point of view of the facilities and the responsiveness of the host.

We stayed in the apartment for only three days (unfortunately), but we would have stayed much longer. Very nice and comfortable apartment, perfect for a couple and with reserved parking in front of the house. Located in a very nice medieval village and in an excellent location to visit the overflowing coast. We immediately felt a very warm welcome: Ludovica was very kind and gave us directions on what to see and what to do, also the mother who gave us sweets and a homemade compose by her. Definitely worth going back to.

We were very warmly welcomed by the host and immediately felt comfortable in the small village of Villa Rossi. The apartment is new and lovingly furnished and very spacious. The neighbors in the immediate vicinity are also very friendly and helpful, for example if you have locked yourself out. The location is ideal for hiking on the Campo Imperatore and the large mountains in the surrounding area. A beautiful place to stay for a few days.

Small comfortable apartment right on the beach. For three to four people it is very comfortable. Restaurants nearby, nearest shop 7 min walk. While we stayed in the apartment, a truck came to the house almost every day and sold fruit, vegetables and watermelons. The main advantage of this apartment is of course the proximity of the beach. We went swimming in the sea several times a day. I went swimming, went swimming, came back to the apartment, showered, cooled down under the air conditioner and went swimming again. There is a free beach nearby and several paid beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas.

This is by far one of the best stays I’ve had in Europe as I traveled through many countries. The gated parking, electronic locks, and calm surroundings made it feel right at home. The interior was extremely clean and new, the bedding was comfortable, the host was charming, the breakfast was delicious, and I felt wonderful after this stay. I will be back!

It was a great spot. Super clean & quite close to everything in Montesilvano. Great hosts ! Super close to the beach…. Maybe 200 meters. We would definitely go back.

Alfredo was a wonderful host. Very communicative and friendly. Super flexible with check in and out, and was there for any of our needs. The place was situated perfectly near the beach and other places in town. Clear instructions on how to get there and get in. Parking was free and easy with our rental and the apt was in great condition. Would love to come back and stay again.
