Waterfront holiday rentals in Pescara

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

Our stay was incredible! The view is unbeatable. The hosts are such friendly people and went above and beyond our expectations of helping us out. Rosetta and Marco helped me get to where I needed to go and made sure I was safe and sound. They were quick to respond and very helpful with great recommendations. As they said, renting a car is the best bet in this area.

Accommodation with a sea view where it is worth spending one or more nights to relax. Great for proximity to supermarkets, tobacco shops, pharmacy and any other useful service. The waterfront and beaches of Roseto are very easy to reach.

Very, very pleasant experience! Alfredo is very available both before and after booking. It met all our requests and needs! One of the few hosts who accepts dogs and at the same time an easily accessible apartment for disabled people. Excellent location! We'll definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very central and close to the beach. Barbara is very warm and very responsive. She even prepared some toys for our little one. Would definitely stay there again!

Fabio, was an incredible host, very responsive, very friendly, and very helpful, check-in was a breeze and the apartment was exactly how he described it. It is in the centre of the city and close to all the action. Easy walk to the beach and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Pescara.

frencesco is a nice host. She responds to questions right away. A warm and sincere welcome . The house is just as it appears in the photos. The kitchen has everything to cook. It has a beautiful bathroom and a large balcony. The location of the house is very good ,on the beach and 3 km from the city center. But we never needed the center. There is a supermarket 1 km from the house. There are ice cream shops, pizzerias and nice places to have coffee around within 5 min walking distance. We were amazed by the magnificent nature of Italy. We wish to come again

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Emanuele's brother, Federico. He showed us around the apartment and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment was "sparkling clean" and clean, everything you needed was available. In short, a great place to stay with nothing to complain about. In the "courtyard", or in the outdoor area, our dog was able to move freely after the long drive and we relax comfortably. The location of the property is very close to the sea and many restaurants. We highly recommend this place and thank Emanuele and his two brothers for the hospitality.

The apartment is simply gorgeous. The attention to detail and the optimization of the spaces is incredible. The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Mohammed is a very welcoming and helpful host, for any need you can count on him. If you're staying here, you won't have to think about anything but relaxing. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

I highly recommend this house with the great garden! We enjoyed every moment and were pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable everything was. It’s a really nice place right next to the beach. The bus stop is about 3 mins walk away, lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery shop 10 mins walk away. The flat is equipped with everything you’d probably need. Marco was very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend :)

It was really a very nice apartment with everything you need, great and stylish decor. Thoughtful with storage for clothes. Induction stove and washing machine and a rain shower. Beautiful with the wood on the ceiling and important air conditioning in every room. Landlords were always available and responded immediately. Check-in and check-out were great and personal by the landlords. We can only recommend it. It is a very nice and rather lively environment with a beautiful beach.

I am a difficult customer as I travel with 5 dachshunds who are very reactive dogs. Emilia and her son Lorenzo are exquisite people. Housing: a large studio apartment with a breathtaking window. Garden: garden dedicated to the house, well fenced. Parking: in the area facing the entrance of the house. Surrounding area: a large garden of the villa of Emilia with games for children and many animals. Surroundings: the hamlet of Montepagano di Roseto, which I recommend everyone to visit. If we really want to find a note, it is the 400-meter municipal road that has not had great maintenance, but it is not Emilia's fault, who is doing everything to ensure that the Municipality of Roseto also takes care of the hamlet of Montepagano.

Caterina and Paolo were very helpful and were able to make us feel at home. When we arrived, they personally welcomed us and everything was tidy and clean. The functional and comfortable apartment was a great support for our hikes in the parks and nearby beaches. We are a family with two children and finding a relaxing environment to end the days of "adventures " was relaxing. Quiet area and within walking distance of the sea.

Outstanding stay! The place was exactly as described and shown in the photos—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located close to the beach, restaurants, and kids' playgrounds. We had a small issue with check-in, and the host responded quickly and helped us resolve it over the phone. While there's no microwave or electric kettle, the apartment is well-equipped with plenty of other amenities. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Giuseppe's place. Had some difficulties initially finding the place but the host was very responsive and helped us find it. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed (especially lovely towels). You can see the beach from the balcony. Train station right next to the building so you can hear the trains but that did not bother us and it was helpful for catching the train. We especially loved that the Via Verde cycle path is basically at the end of the road - our children loved the easy and safe cycle to Vasto marina! All in all we had a great time and would happily come back.

Thank you Edoardo for making us feel so comfortable. The place is equipped with everything needed and a little more. Very spacious, clean and tidy. 70 mts from the beach and 500 mts from the mall. The area is very safe and beautiful for walking. It was worth booking. Totally recommended.

Fabrizio was a very friendly and accommodating host. Due to unforeseen last minute circumstamces, we had a 3-hr delay and he accommodated a late check in without a problem. the apartment is very spacious and in a perfect central location, close to all major amenities and the seaside. i would highly recommend this place and will come back for sure!

Very nice house equipped with all the comforts in an elegant setting with indoor parking, fantastic location, you simply need to cross the road to go to the beach or to reach the bike path and being located in the central Piazza S.Alfonso there are all kinds of activities and services in addition to the various events that are held in the aforementioned square, if you want you can not use the car for the entire stay. I highly recommend it also to families with children for the convenience and tranquility of the place. Mr. Michele, a nice and helpful person, provided us with all the explanations on arrival and remained available even during the stay. An experience to be repeated.
