We stayed at Antonio's in 8 and had a great time. In the apartment there is everything you need for a pleasant stay on your own: oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all equipment and equipment. Antonio is very kind and takes care of his guests, with many small attention. We had a great time. If you go to Pescara, and you need a large and spacious apartment, it's worth keeping in mind! mr. Domenico was an absolutely impeccable host, always available to welcome our requests and responsive. The apartment was clean and as described. The area is very central, very convenient to the sea and just a short walk from the center. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended! We had a great time at Stefania's. Our landlady was so kind to us, she came to pick us up at the station when we arrived, she was super kind and present. Stefania delighted us with a very good homemade cake that we enjoyed every morning for breakfast. The apartment is in the center of Pescara but also within walking distance of the waterfront. The apartment has all the comforts and is very clean, ideal for enjoying a beautiful beach vacation. The area is very quiet, there is a nice silence at night.

Laura was always responsive and present for any request, the perfect house exactly as pictured, coffee, sugar, salt, oil and a couple of bottles of water, the house was clean and large enough for 3/4 people, the spectacular terrace allowed us to have lunch/dinner outdoors. The laundry room is very useful for a quick laundry. The proximity to the pedestrian street and the beach is another plus. Shops, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, and even the station, all very close. Come back!

I had a really wonderful stay at this villa! The garden is simply fantastic – so beautifully green and inviting, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Location is great, just a few minutes from the sea which made the stay even more pleasant. The bus connection is also very convenient, you can easily get to the city center or the train station. In particular, I would like to highlight the warm and friendly communication with Franca and her husband. They were both always very helpful, friendly and that made my stay even more pleasant. I felt really comfortable here and can absolutely recommend this place. And I'm sure I look forward to my next visit!

The house is very welcoming, located in the countryside with a view of the sea and the mountains on the other side. In fact, the location is optimal if you want to visit both the sea and the mountains. everything is very nice!

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

I stayed at Novella's place for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect home base for me to relax and recharge during my travels through Europe. It was a quiet village and a nice change of pace from the bustling cities that I had previously visited. I would say that I wish I had a car because I could have explored more of the Abruzzo region, but Pescara was easily accessibly by train for nice beach days. There is also a bus that runs frequently to go up the hill in Chieti for some museums, parks, and restaurants. The bus from Rome is about 2 hours, there are only about 2-3 a day but it was more reliable and quicker than the train. I enjoyed my stay and Novella was fantastic :) She was so kind and responsive the whole time I was there.

We loved the convenient location of this traditional townhouse. It was well equipped with plenty of towels and bedding, kitchen supplies, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Wifi worked great, It isn't air-conditioned, but we found the fans adequate for cooling in June. A lovely place to stay.

My partner and I stayed for a week, the house is in a quiet and peaceful area, it is completely independent and all fenced, great for us who travel with our inseparable Rottweiler who really appreciated (us too!)the large garden. Inside the spaces are right, there were two of us but there would have been 3 other people, we didn't miss anything. Good location to visit Abruzzo both to the sea and to the more inland areas. We had a great time and among the things we most appreciated the tranquility, the silence, the right privacy, the nature that surrounds the house with a beautiful view, the spectacular sunsets, the fireflies in the evening in the garden. Obviously, a special thank you to Francesco, he was a helpful and caring host, always in communication with us and gave us countless tips on places and restaurants, it was like being at a friend's house. Highly recommended experience!

We were guests of Sabrina because the children were engaged in a sports activity at Alnpalsport in Montesilvano. We had a great time, everything in order and clean, well-equipped kitchen, reserved car parking. Everything perfect.

Great apartment on the beachfront and close to the center. Lots of restaurants around and free beach. Very clean apartment, we enjoyed with our family of 3 adults and 1 baby. We stayed at Fabrizio's apartment for more than a month. Everything was absolutely perfect! Fabrizio's dad is a sweetest person, he helped us with literally everything ☺️The location is just top, there is a view of both mountains and the seaside from the terrace. You have pizzeria da Michele and amazing ice cream place just 5 min walk away, and there is even a supermarket in the building. Apartment is clean and spacious, there is everything you would need. 100% recommended!

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

Beautiful stay in this apartment! The apartment exactly matches the photos and description, we found it clean and equipped with all the essentials. It is in a great location, very close to the sea, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes (and you can also see it from the balcony)! Alessio welcomed us when we arrived and turned out to be a super host, always available and kind, attentive to all our needs and also gave us many suggestions on where to dine and what to visit. We are very satisfied!

Elena is a great host. He was quickly present when we asked him for something. The photos show an apartment that is a little older than it really is. The apartment is truly very comfortable, new and clean. The sheets and towels were very clean. A carpet would be needed for the shower exit.

We were only 2 min away from the sea. Quickly to the room was not an issue. Close to everything. Everything clean. You can't expect luxury for the money. If you want to cook, I would take a sharp knife with me. 2 toilets were already very beneficial for 5 people. We would come back. Thanks Ps. Windows go to the street. The Italians are awake early!
