Beach house holiday rentals in Pescara

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Davide and his father were extremely helpful and accommodating, we got there late ( airline issues) and it was not an issue for them at all. Their local recommendations were spot on, everything is within walking or biking distance and there are a ton of things to do. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful place to unwind and relax.

It’s a really nice place right next to the beach. The bus stop is about 3 mins walk away, lots of restaurants in the area and a grocery shop 10 mins walk away. The flat is equipped with everything you’d probably need. Marco was very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend :)

I am a difficult customer as I travel with 5 dachshunds who are very reactive dogs. Emilia and her son Lorenzo are exquisite people. Housing: a large studio apartment with a breathtaking window. Garden: garden dedicated to the house, well fenced. Parking: in the area facing the entrance of the house. Surrounding area: a large garden of the villa of Emilia with games for children and many animals. Surroundings: the hamlet of Montepagano di Roseto, which I recommend everyone to visit. If we really want to find a note, it is the 400-meter municipal road that has not had great maintenance, but it is not Emilia's fault, who is doing everything to ensure that the Municipality of Roseto also takes care of the hamlet of Montepagano.

We occupied both apartments for a week in August. Our first criterion was to find accommodation for 15 people for a family vacation with children and cousins. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor area for large family gatherings. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace. In this, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were greeted by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region!

The apartment is small but equipped with every comfort. The small but functional bathroom, the living room with the perfect sofa bed. Great kitchenette on the enclosed terrace with sliding windows, so you can cook without smelling in the house. The real added value of this apartment, however, is the terrace. Large, livable and well-equipped! The free indoor parking is also priceless. The location is very convenient for those of us who want a child-friendly or peaceful vacation. The sea can be reached after a few steps, so much so that we returned home for lunch without any problem. The only downside is the lack of services in the immediate vicinity (bars, restaurants, etc... there is a small structure under the house that makes typical food to eat on site and take away, it saved us at least a couple of dinners!) but still nothing that cannot be resolved using bicycles.

Sister met us with the keys, pleasant and attentive to our needs! Private car parking with gate was a plus, bars right outside was perfect for cappuccinos. Beach so close! Easy access to highway if driving. Central location to other major cities. Highly recommend!

The two night stay at Ferdinando’s was excellent! It had the a great space for relaxing with family and friends and everything was well equipped for our needs. The location was perfect for getting to the beach and the shops and the train station on departure. Thank you for this stay at your beautiful apartment.

Perfect place for my needs (very close to the University and a practical supermarket; the promenade is rather close). A location in a very strategic point of Montesilvano, away from the crowds of the promenade but a 10-minute walk from it. The house is very nice, well furnished and recently renovated, Salvatore is a very kind and hospitable person and was promptly at our disposal for an arrival with an unexpected delay. Adjacent to the house, on the property, there is a large space that for us, who were with two motorcycles, was an unparalleled convenience and safety, practically in front of the large window of the living room a few meters from us!!!! Everything is very clean and well organized. When I take a motorcycle ride in Abruzzo again, I will definitely come back. Highly recommended to everyone!!!!

I had a really wonderful stay at this villa! The garden is simply fantastic – so beautifully green and inviting, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Location is great, just a few minutes from the sea which made the stay even more pleasant. The bus connection is also very convenient, you can easily get to the city center or the train station. In particular, I would like to highlight the warm and friendly communication with Franca and her husband. They were both always very helpful, friendly and that made my stay even more pleasant. I felt really comfortable here and can absolutely recommend this place. And I'm sure I look forward to my next visit!

The accommodation is really close to the sea (50 meters), among other things in our truly beautiful period. A few steps away is the possibility of finding 3 free beaches. Paola was very helpful (one day I asked for two accessories for the kitchen that were missing, and by night she made me have new ones). For check-in, he contacted us a few days before to tell us that the accommodation was free from the morning and that we could anticipate. Overall, still a positive experience.

The house is in a great location, a three-minute drive from the center of Francavilla and the sea and is equipped with a spacious gated parking lot. There are many supermarkets nearby. The apartment has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished and with a personal touch that makes it really welcoming. We appreciated the impeccable cleanliness and the quiet atmosphere. What surprised us the most are the attentions of Viviane who welcomed us with a small aperitif and provided two bicycles. The house is equipped with everything you need and even more: we really appreciated the presence of coffee and bath products such as toothpaste and body cream. You can always forget something, and these small touches are very nice. If we add that compared to apartments in the area, prices are more affordable, it is really worth choosing Viviane's place for her stay.

Comfortable apartment, the kitchen has everything, the space is spacious, a bathroom with a washing machine and detergents, a top apartment but the thing that makes it better is the kindness and availability of Francesco and his dad who made themselves available; it felt like home!

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as checkout. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly next to the front door, so very convenient. We loved everything and we'll be back for sure. The apartment is super nice for visiting Pescara, it is central and you can easily walk to the center. Also, Mario's father who received us was super kind and gave us several directions to the area. Everything was excellent.
