Vallyn was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. It is a very large place with PLENTY of glasses, silverware, plates, etc (which is not always the case in these larger homes). The house is on the older side, so some of the handles are loose while some doors stick - but it was perfect for our needs and we had a great stay - would recommend.

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! The pool was amazing, water features on the property really gave it an amazingly peaceful feeling. House was comfortable, with newer bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen. Highly recommend Jake, and this property!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and decorated so cute. It easily accommodated our group of 7, and even though we had a lot of rain during our trip, the space made it easy for us to still have the best time. The location was perfect—just a 2-minute drive to the beach and close to everything. We especially loved grilling and hanging out in the backyard and pool when the weather cleared up. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, even sending us beach photos before we arrived, which made us even more excited for the trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay! The place was immaculate! My son is only 14 months so he is alllll over the floors. I felt so at ease knowing he was on a clean floor! Everything was beautifully kept and there were plenty of towels and bedding! The pool was perfect but just a little too cold for my son! We did stay in June so the weather wasn’t very hot yet. The yard was big and very private and my son enjoyed his time outside! I need to be in the area around the same time next year and we are hoping this will be available! Everything was perfect and pristine!

My family rented Arthur's house for a week at the Jersey shore this summer and we had an amazing time. House is v new with lots of upgrades to the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. House is v clean and neat too. Pool is great with a big shallow end for younger kids but deep end and slide for more advanced swimmers. Arthur provided beach towels, floats, beach chairs, and more, too - making the stay even easier and better. Would highly recommend and plan to be back!

We were in the area for the Five Boro Bike Ride and this place was great! It was very well equipped with lots of amenities we enjoyed eating out on the deck and walked one night to nice Mediterranian restaurant. The location for the ride was excellent. it was a 10 to 15 minute bike ride to the start and only 2 miles from the finish. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The icing on the cake was allowing us to return to the house to checkout after the race, especially as we got rained on and really appreciated a quick shower before our drive home. Highly recommend!

This is definitely my go to place when visiting family and friends in Staten Island. Everything we need is within 10 minutes. The apartment is perfect for either a short or a long stay. The kitchen has an assortment of pots & pans to cook a quick dinner. There are spices too. Will be staying again.

The house was very cozy and had charm and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The area was very safe and peaceful and lots to eat close by. The beds and couch were also super comfortable. Just not super little kid friendly but I knew that going in to it. Would absolutely stay there again.

Dee was very accommodating to walk the house prior to our check in to familiarize our stay. She was also always quick to respond with any questions or concerns about the house. It is in a great community close to were we where working and always felt safe and quite neighborhood, close to many restaurants and shopping.

Sara is a fantastic host. The location is walkable to all that Princeton has downtown, and the house has everything that we needed for young kids including a pack-n-play, high chair, and child plates / silverware. We would definitely stay here again!

Modern and nice, location is very walkable with many options for dining and entertainment. Warninanco park is a short walk from here. Overall great stay with responsive host. Laundry very convenient.

Patty was a great host! She was having issues with AC a couple of days before I was to arrive and reached out to me to let me know she was on it, and would be doing what she could to make our stay close comfortable, and she did. She also checked in to make sure it was working. The house was very clean and comfortable. I brought a team of employees for an event and we all enjoyed the back deck and yard. Highly recommend!

Excellent place to relax away from the hustle of the city. Very clean and well maintained, with all basic amenities. A supermarket store is nearby. Easily get to the Exchange Place station by Uber.

We absolutely loved our stay. In a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but still close to a train station and plenty of local restaurants. Place was clean and tidy and just as described. Would definitely book again if I come back to town.

Pickel Farm is the sort of rental you hope for when renting an AirBnb. Lovingly cared for and maintained, the house is a home, not just a rental. The grounds are beautiful - tranquil location but minutes from Peapack (great coffee, restaurants...). We stayed with our three kids and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We'll miss Pickle Farm and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the area.
