This room is a good value. It is close enough to Indianapolis yet peaceful, clean, quiet, and private. We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. Spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful backyard patio for relaxing, entertaining or grilling. Fire pit & small creek with sand area running through the woods. Ideal for gatherings, calming escape or wedding guests for 3 nearby wedding venues. Wifi, 2 car garage & large circle drive parking for trailers. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway!

Red House Guesthouse

Relaxing guesthouse in peaceful country setting with local deer herd visiting frequently. Close to Shades and Turkey Run State Park and Wabash College. Great location for Covered Bridge Festival, and wedding venues. We live on site with our 2 chocolate Labradors. The guesthouse has a private entrance and private outdoor deck facing the woods. Entire living space is handicapped accessible including large bathroom with walk in shower. Cleaning is in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Residences at Knights Hall, Unit A

Newly renovated 1 bedroom loft in a historic building in Waynetown. Large open living space with plenty of space to relax, hardwood floors and original woodwork. This property too unique to describe properly. Waynetown is 1 mile from Interstate 74 for easy overnight access. No traffic, no light - 2 minutes and you can get gas before you get back on the highway. There is a gas station, grocery store, post office and bank all within walking distance of the unit. No smoking or pets.

West Urbana state street guest suite

Next to the heart of University of Illinois campus, surrounded by beautiful mature trees, this spacious and serene guest suite will enhance your experience in town. The guest suite has it own entrance. It is connected to the sunroom of our main house. This space do not come with TV, washer and dryer. And the space do not have kitchenette. However, we provide microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. This space is not limited mobility accessible. No party and no smoking.

The Little House *Weekly/Monthly Special Rate*

Quiet little cottage is situated in the back of our large peaceful property. We are located outside of city limits with our cottage being bordered on one side by dense woods and several large oak trees shading the entire area. This cottage has it's own private driveway with easy one level access. It's common to have deer grazing in the yard during the early morning and evening hours. A great place to relax.

The Parsonage

Located one block from the soon to be refurbished downtown, 6 min from the Badlands, 3 min from Harrison Hills Golf course, and further afield Turkey Run and beautiful Parke County are an easy 15 miles. We love the quiet charm of small town Indiana and know you will too!
